Not so clean car returned
Car returned to customer with bird guano down driver window and over roof. Highly visible to Mercedes returning to customer particularly the drivers window. The car was handed to Mercedes clean, what came back was disappointing and a lack of customer care.

Absolutely nightmare experience…
Absolutely nightmare experience stuff are very horrible unwelcoming and I was overcharged unnecessarily for investigating gearbox noise felt so unhelpful, this experience opened my mind better for future purchases BEST TO AVOID MERCEDES THEY ARE THE DAY LIKE ROBBERY. No thanks

The service at Strathstone is absolute perfection. I have been going for years and can’t fault the service department at all. The staff there offer a truly personal service while keeping with Mercedes standards and procedures. Brilliant Experience
The service provided from start to finish was one of the best I have ever had even with more prestigious brands. I was met in the carpark and checked in, kept updated regularly on the progress of the work being done on my car and then a thorough explanation of all work completed and answered my many queries on the technology available.
