I dealt with Tessa Rhodes who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the advice she gave me. This was presented in a down to earth way and easy to understand way. Very professional company and would most definitely recommend.

I cannot recommend Summerfield Browne Solicitors enough. They were so helpful in advising us about an employment dispute appeal. We felt confused and out of our depth but they explained everything clearly. If we ever need a solicitor again we will definitely be using Summerfield Browne Solicitors.

Dealt with Summerfield Browne Solicitors to buy a Commercial property special thanks to Ash Johnson expertise to resolve the legal issues with regards split of title deeds, at the end it was Excellent experience although bit slow but no blame to them.

I didn't lie in my review of Sommerfield Browne and them suing their own client for gain shows everyone what they are.
Their friends and family will back them up, as will the other lawyers.
I submitted my case based on written law and the judge said it did not apply to me and ordered me to omit the law from my submission, before the trial hearing.
The fact is the judge put £6,000 costs on me before the case was even heard - I was literally priced out of justice. I could not attend or I would be accepting these costs. I cannot fight a rich solicitor in front of a biased judge. Seeing there was no justice here I decided not to give the court legitimacy by attending.

From the outset he took on board everything I said and put fourth brilliant arguments to have a charging order AND a CCJ for £40k set aside.

With very little time in dealing with me and my complex case with the financial ombudsman, Zainab showed great skills in identifying how I felt and showed in detail pin point facts in what I and her both felt where valuable information for my case.

She took the time to talk me through how I could up load documents onto Dropbox as for many of us were not great on computers.

She out lined costs and was able to evaluate proceedings in a manor that was understandable. I look forward to tackling cases with her in the near future.

I had an employment law issue with my previous employer that required legal advice and representation in August this year (2020). Faizal Essat of Summerfield Brown Solicitors (Market Harborough) had come highly recommended from personal contacts, and upon first conversation with Faizal I realised quickly he was the right person to help and advise me.

From the very first conversation, Faizal was very transparent about costing, and confirmed I would be advised at every step of any potential additional costs- which I was.

Faizal took the time review my case and advise me of my options. When I requested/queried another route, Faizal supported this and advised accordingly. I felt supported and loaded with relevant information in an easy to digest manner.

Advertise as having offices in various places. They don't. They took 3 years to build a "case file" for a really simple claim for which I provided all the evidence needed. Communication was sporadic and delayed. Possibly due to my case being passed to no less than 4 different people. Very unhappy with the service I received. In hindsight I should have just taken the person to small claims court and the matter would have been resolved by 2018! Update: Douglas is my married name. Das have just requested my case file from you.

P.s I paid 11 years of insurance premiums which included legal expenses cover and so contrary to your claims that I have "not paid a penny", I have in fact paid in advance to DAS who are responsible for them paying yourselves. I hope that clears that up.

My emails were quickly replied to, clear language was used to explain any legal terminology and she rang exactly when she said she would for a thoroughly helpful conversation which lasted exactly as long as estimated. I cannot think of a way this service could have been better.

RTA brought an outrageous case against me for breach of contract and so I sought out legal counsel. Tony Reeves has been a real support through this case and we not only beat them within 30 minutes of the trial but we were even awarded legal costs which. Is typically unheard of this small claims cases. I can't recommend these guys enough. Very happy with my result.
