Booked a haircut for this morning with Zara as a new client, for a pixie cut. I was diverted to another stylist after I showed a picture of a cut I needed. Have to say it was the most disappointing experience I have had, as the end result was far far from the style I was after, way to short, quite uneven and wasnât blended in as I have explained from the start. Very frustrating and actually felt sick paying £48.
Absolutely AWFUL!
Supercuts in Ilford was honestly the worst experience I have had with any salon. The stylist named Zara, was incredibly unprofessional, lacked any sort of customer service skills and was extremely rude!! I booked my 5 year old daughter for a haircut. We were 7 minutes late due to traffic. Zara refused to wash the hair. Thereafter, when I said I wanted layers on my daughterâs hair, she questioned my preference and asked why do I want that. After she had cut her hair, I told her itâs too long and Iâm not happy with the length and she needs to cut it a little shorter. She had the audacity to say no! When I told her Iâm unhappy and it needs to be shorter as Iâve just said, she said âoh I need to do the whole thing againâ while huffing and puffing. I was honestly appalled at her behaviour. She really should not be working in a job which requires any sort of customer service or any professionalism as she clearly lacks both! I would definitely steer clear of booking your haircut with Zara in the Ilford branch! I certainly will not be returning there ever again!

Went in woking branch today , after not having a great experience about 5/6years ago , i was very impressed and over the moon with the staff , made me feel at ease and understood the style i wanted especially coz its my birthday, was greeted by kelly who done my hair amazing and felt a million dollars and kirsty was lovely too we all had a good natter and very friendly xx

Why is it when you turn up to your check in time, you are made to feel like they don't really have time for you and it's an inconvenience. Then I get all this stuff about because I want one layer I have to go up a level and have my hair washed. It wasn't that last time I went. I just want a dry hair cut, a trim off the end and one layer. I didn't bother. Lost me as a customer. Poor service and attitude. I'll take money to somewhere that appreciates it. Yeah I'm just one in a million and you'll probably survive without my custom.

I go to the Bluewater, Greenhithe Supercuts. My hairdresser there is Leah and she is lovely. I've been going to this salon for a very long time and Leah is the best hairdresser I have had. She knows my hair. She knows exactly what I want done which makes it so easy for me. She is always friendly. I would highly recommend the salon from my experience.

Whatever do avoid this place went to one at Weston favell Northampton and messed up short back and sides left is lower than the right so two diff levels at ears proper shoddy job now Iâm stuck with a hair cut looks like a monks cut not faded properly long hairs sticking out all over and just looks a mess no straight clean lines only went there to try them as my usual closed down never again

Leeds Merrion Centre. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Haircut not remotely like what I asked for. Went back a couple of days later and the other stylist said there wasnât much else she could do with it. Complained to customer services and was told I wasnât styling it right! Canât style what isnât there. Paid over £45 and had to get it corrected elsewhere.

I went to super cuts merryhill in September with my child who has autism the hairdresser was great. I went on the 31st December and the hairdresser was awful left with half a hair cut which I couldâve done better myself. My child was nervous heâs always a bit nervous with hair cuts but this hairdresser didnât deal well with his nerves she was so slow and kept stopping throughout which just perpetuated my sons discomfort. Every time he made a slight movement sheâd have to take a break she was acting as if sheâd only ever cut the hair of mannequins. I have done my sonâs hair better in the past. I paid for a professional service which I didnât receive. Iâd never use super cuts again itâs probably the worst cut heâs ever had. Also when I mention my sons autism she thought that was a great time to say that she doesnât want to carry on for his mental health. Completely disagree I think my son is entitled to the whole service and just because sheâs uncomfortable with my sons movement and crying because he doesnât like the feel of hairs on his neck doesnât mean she should give him less of a service. Honestly if I didnât do things because he was uncomfortable heâd never have a nappy change, never brush his teeth, the lack of awareness and shockingly bad service was incredible. Iâve got to go take him to a professional now like shortcuts in Cradley Heath because they know how to cut a childâs hair. Took me a couple of weeks to complain but looking at my sons hair today reminded me to book with shortcuts.

I am a regular customer of super cuts Birmingham bullring . On my previous visit I was served by jenny who understood my curly ethnic hair and her customer service was really good so I also bought other products she recommended.on the visit. However I was deeply disappointed on my visit today the girl who I think was polish Iâm not sure though because she hardly spoke to me she had her hair short I think and a light colour sheâs was their this afternoon when I went in .
Iâm very unhappy as this lady apart from ask me what I wanted done didnât speak another word to me. I felt so uncomfortable throughout the whole ordeal and my hands were clenched throughout with nerves . I donât think she had a clue how to cut my hair and when I tried to talk to her twice during my visit she either didnât hear me or it went straight into the ether . I have never had an experience like this before in supercuts and for the price you pay I think she should have showed me a bit of interest . Needless to say I didnât buy any other add on products because she didnât talk to me throughout the whole time. I think that this will be my last visit as I couldnât wait to get out of there and Iâm not too happy with my hair either she left it wringing wet with a half attempt to dry it and the mere fact she treated me this way has ruined the experience for me . I am Deeply disappointed supercuts you are better than this .
Tried a new hairdressers today wish I hadn't, stick to who you know
I walked in this hairdressers today, young girl friendly enough. But she had no idea how to use a pair of scissors. She cut some off round the back but couldn't tell no shape what so ever. Was in the chair 5 minutes if that, got the mirror trying to take Cape off. My fringe was over my eyes, she would have left it like that, until I said you haven't touched my fringe, oh you want fringe done she said. £12.00 it cost, complete waste of money, I came out got home booked appointment with my usual hairdressers. You live and learn, while this company is making money for a service not fit for purpose

Having read the reviews prior to booking an appointment I was optimistic about having a trim.. I hate to leave a bad review but feel I should on this occasion.. Well..I had a trim..on my short hair.. it seemed the stylist did not understand me..she was foreign..and proceeded to keep on cutting and thinning my hair.. I could not see any style or shape.. bitterly dissatisfied as it looked awful..even my boyfriend said so..old fashioned and nothing blends in.. Still struggling to style it and mornings are always a worzel gummage kinda day..Guess u gotta laugh.. also she was not friendly or obliging and just did what she felt was right.. my worse haircut ever.. although she did take her time.. I felt as though she was inexperienced and didn't know what she was doing.. I somehow felt she did not want to cut my hair..

Mansfield store friendly and clean
I went to the Mansfield store. The store was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I liked that I could check in online and it have me an average time for waiting. They gave me a really nice haircut.

Supercuts Orpington
I had my haircut and blow dried by Robert (I believe) at supercuts Orpington. He was very friendly and made sure to check how much I was happy to have cut off before starting my haircut. The receptionist was also lovely and friendly but Iâm unsure of her name. It was overall a really good experience for my first time visiting this salon. I see a lot of negative reviews which is a shame as I had a great experience here so felt compelled to leave a review :)
