Surplus and Outdoors レビュー 

Had been searching the Web for days and came across "surplus and outdoors" Needed a Bivvy for the weekend, called them and asked to see if the item was in stock and if they could offer Next day delivery, to my surprise they said Next day service is as standard and there would be no extra charge and the item was in stock as stated on the site,
So thought i would share this info as very happy customer and Next day at no extra cost, will be going there first next time i need something Military,

Have used this company twice. The first time I had no problems, correct goods despatched quickly - everybody happy.

The second order, unfortunately, did not go as well. They took it upon themselves to send me an alternate sized item (leg length) without asking me beforehand (a DSR requirement) as they did not have the correct item in stock.

I returned the item (as my legs would not grow the extra 2 inches) after contacting them to inform them of this & requesting a full refund of all costs. Initially they only refunded the item cost. After I emailed them I was reimbursed the initial postage charge. I emailed again requesting the refund of the return postage charges but they have not done so - or even replied to my emails. This blatantly contravenes the DSRs sobe very wary of dealing with this company.

i purchased 4 pairs of combats from here in 2 different styles by the same manafacturer (blue castle) although they seem like qood quality i found that sizings were not all the same despite all supposedly been same size and also the buttons on the trousers werent stitched on properly if it all
