Paid a lot for this watch. After a few uses the screen went dark and is now unusable. Cannot get the courage to throw out this expensive watch. Brought one when it first came out.

App Swimmo non più disponibile su google play?

compro neopreno de aguas abiertas el 10 de diciembre, plazo de entrega del 11 al 13 por eso lo compré aqui, hoy me llega e mail diciendo dia de entrega miercoles 18, el servicio post venta no existe, no vuelvo a comprar y por supuesto no pienso recibir el pedido, no aconsejo comprar nada aqui, pillan la venta y les importa 0 el cliente.

J’ai des problèmes de connexion
Je n’ai plus accès aux données sur mon iPhone , l’appli Swimmo ne fonctionne plus , c’est très décevant

Système de charge très très fragile, uniquement pour la natation,le décompte par 100m s'arrête à 4 km,
Luminosité faible et visibilité de la montre quasiment nulle au soleil, application impossible sur nouveau téléphone, la navigation n'est pas du tout pratique et ne fonctionne pas toujours bien,ni precis. Son meilleur atout si vous nagez long en continu ce sont les vibrations aux objectifs intermédiaires. L'entreprise a abandonné ses clients, pas de chargeurs disponibles à la vente, pas d'améliorations, pas d'évolution de l'appli, tout la contraire des autres marques. Dommage cette montre et très solides avec quelques améliorations elle aurait pu être au top.
Aujourd'hui je nage avec la Suunto 5 et la swimmo 7a 8km par sortie elle sont complémentaires.
Les problèmes de chargeurs, de navigation et de luminosité discréditent la swimmo.4 ans d'utilisation swimmo,2 ans de Suunto et bien d'autres avant. Bibi

I have owned this watch for over a year. To be honest it has been hard to use since the start. The screen seems to lose it’s responsiveness to tapping. Sometimes I have started the watch correctly, began swimming and after 400m or 800m warmup (freestyle and backstroke) I check the watch and find it has stopped recording and doesn’t respond consistently to any tapping or wrist “twisting”. It had worked for me soon after buying and given me useful swim data but it has never really been easy to use as it behaves so inconsistently. I have really tried to like it but have now written it off as useless for my training needs and today deleted the supporting swimmo app from my iPhone.
I haven’t bothered trying to contact thier customer services dues to poor reviews and so can’t comment on how useful they might have been.
Am now using my AppleWatch SE for swimming freestyle.

Nothing ever went right. I would love to be refunded. The first time I received it the charger wasn’t working the second time when you sent a new charger every time I hit the water after connecting to the app it went blank total lemon

Watch was never very precise. But the worst thing is that after a year the screen is almost dark so you can't see it outdoors.

Old technology. Not worth it.

A completely abandoned device. I'm not sure if the company behind Swimmo still exists, fact is that it seems that they are still selling the watch in their website.
But there are no updates in over 2 years and the repeatetly promised SWOLF and stroke detection capabilities were never delivered.
It's a pity because them at the time of their launch on Kickstarter but got really disappointed.

Waardeloos product. Is niet af te lezen tijdens het zwemmen veel te zwak en klein beeld. Telt zelfs de banen niet goed. Bij wisseling van slagen (anders dan borstcrawl) gaat het helemaal fout dit herkend hij totaal niet. Grote spijt had ik maar een Garmin swim gekocht.
Schandalig apparaat zeker voor die prijs.

Ich hatte die Uhr bereits vorbestellt, als noch die Kickstarter-Kampagne lief. Sie kostete damals 189€.
Beim Schwimmen fiel mir als Erstes auf, dass man auf dem Display im Wasser bei Sonneneinstrahlung nichts erkennt.
Die Bahnen hat sie falsch gezählt. Der Verschluss des Armbandes drückte ins Handgelenk. Die Bedienung war nervig.
Der Support antwortete mir mit nichtssagenden Zeug auf meine Fragen. Da ich in Deutschland wohne, habe ich da keinen Garantiehandhabe.
Dann lag sie Jahre im Schrank. Als ich sie, mehr aus Neugier, in diesem Jahr wieder in Betrieb nehmen wollte war der Akku (fast unbenutzt) kaputt.
Ich wollte damals einfach ein kleines Startup unterstützen und nicht die, im Geld schwimmenden, großen Unternehmen.
Das war ne dumme Entscheidung und wirklich schade ums Geld.

I used the watch only 3 or four times before it failed. After just a few swims I could see condensation or leakage inside the watch and soon thereafter it died completely. I had owned the watch a little over a year but only used it very recently, and only three or four times. Still, Swimmo declined to help me, hiding behind the 1 year warranty. They know full well that the watch has had very little use as they can track usage on the App. Obviously this is just my experience and I am very annoyed at having wasted all this money on a product that has broken almost immediately. But I for one will never trust Swimmo again.

I’ve had the watch for over a year. It works sometimes. My concerns are that the tapping face to start and stop the watch doesn’t always work. The battery doesn’t last that long. Also it’s hard to read in a lighted area like the pool. I like the lap read outs and other features when they work. I had an issue with the charger when I got the watch. They sent a new charger. Good idea for the watch; however, too many glitches. Maybe the next generation will be better. I switched to another swim watch and I find it much better.

Une montre très esthétique, qui est uniquement dédiée à la natation. Satisfait de cette montre.
Bémol : le système de charge est très fragile, l'une des broches s'est cassée très rapidement. Un mail a été envoyé au service client qui a renvoyé un chargeur. Merci a eux.
Pour résumé je dirais que la montre fonctionne bien, qu'elle est agréable a utiliser, qu'elle fait bien le travail demandé. Par contre je regrette la fragilité du système du chargeur, qu'il manque des informations sur le site internet concernant le SAV.

Best swim watch I have used and I have used 2 other brands. My criticism however is that I am unable to purchase a replacement charger as the one I have is broken. I emailed the support team but have not had a response...not cool.

2 swims, 200 down the drain. Long wait for the watch to arrive , customer service v defensive and unhappy with me complaining the watch had broken and requesting a refund . Offered option of new charger or a repair…… another lengthy wait no doubt. DO NOT BUY, go with another brand that can stand over their product

I ordered a watch for my son for Christmas at the beginning of December. It didn’t arrive until the end of January and I sent it straight back as it was clearly not arriving in time. It’s now the end of February and I’ve just received my refund so this company has had my money for 3months! Their communication was terrible and I had to keep emailing to see what was happening. Even after my Royal Mail tracking said that the parcel had been delivered.
I would never buy anything else from this company.

Do not buy. Absolutely nothing the watch reports on is accurate and their return policy is ridiculous.
