The watch is very easy to use and works to an accurate level. I would appreciate bigger sized digits on the watch, but that probably has more to do with age and eye sight than the watch itself.
The app on the phone is user friendly and easy to track data.
The customer service was excellent, they even contacted me to check my address.
Very happy customer.

This was a birthday present from my wife as I am a very experienced swim coach based in the UK and it would have been very useful with my training for charity I was doing at the time. Definitely, the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. From day one the watch had major issues and kept shutting down for no reason. I contacted customer service who told me I had to pay to return it with an explanation of the problem. I asked for a full refund at the time because I was totally disappointed with the product but they insisted I return it. It took over a month to come back and they told me there was no fault..what a joke as to this day it still shuts down intermittently sometimes after a few hours after a full charge. I also had to pay the £14 postage as well which they refused to pay me back. Summing up..they did not listen to me or believe me..I have a very wide customer base and I will not be recommending this product. Thanks for nothing Swimmo

This is by far the most accurate "swim" watch i have ever used. It is wicked smart. It understands change of direction, flip turns, pace and splits. The heart monitor is exceptional. The user interface at the watch is simple/easy. The user interface at the desktop is HIGHTLY DETAILED. A 3000 yd swim is going to give you alot to digest.

If you are an advanced swimmer, competitor, or coach you are going to want one of these. Coaches - pay attention - you have never had a good tool to monitor heart rates and zone training. Now you do.

I did a deep dive into the other options. In my humble opinion - Swimmo is the only option.

Some have suggested that a Polish company is a bit scammy. They are wrong. The purchase went perfect and the watch was here in a matter of days. Customer service has been very responsive. They know you are a swimmer and they built a watch just for you.

Now do your part - Buy Swimmo.

I've had my swimmo watch for almost 4 years now. Great for pool lap counting and keeping the timings. The swimmo app is pretty basic but it works well. I swim front crawl 4/5 times a week and aim for 2k each time

If you're after something more professional then you might want to look elsewhere though. Swolf and GPS tracking isn't an option with swimmo. The BPM isn't accurate either but they never are on any watches

If you're frequent swimmer that just wants a swim watch that counts your lengths, whilst keeping track of the distance and recording your time. Swimmo is definitely worth a shout.

I have been using this watch for several weeks now and I love it. I swim 2-3 times a week. This is very accurate in counting my laps.

j'ai acheté cette montre swimmo le 21/05/21, je m'en suis servi une dizaine de fois, je me suis d'abord aperçu que le compteur de distance était souvent approximatif, le système de taper sur l'écran pour accéder aux différents menu est parfois délicat. De plus de l'eau c'est infiltrée derrière l'écran, ce qui apparemment a fini par mettre hors service l'affichage. j'ai envoyé un message au service technique il y a 1 semaine pour savoir ce qu'il était possible de faire.
le service en ligne m'a proposé rapidement l'envoie d'une nouvelle montre, qui doit arriver dans les prochains jours.
Ma nouvelle montre est bien arrivée et fonctionne correctement en piscine mais se connecte très difficilement à mon téléphone Samsung A22 5G. après plusieurs formatage et réinstallation du logiciel, je suis arrivé à la connecter que 3 fois en 1 mois. donc pas facile de synchroniser mes résultats.

I am so glad I purchased this watch. I have used it now for over 2 months and so far no complains, great watch for lap counting.

My watch broke down after 7 months of use and after contacting the customer service in less than a week my brand new watch was already on the way. I also appreciated the interest in what exactly went wrong with the watch.

SWOLF and stroke counts were promised update after a successful kickstarter campaign. Just say you can't do it with the existing hardware. And stop advertising these features that is still in the works for over 5 years.

4 years on, the promised update is nowhere to be seen.

Also, the screen is useless under a overcast sky, needless to say, I cant see crap if I swim outdoors during the day.

I asked for brightness adjustments, but looks like it's not happening.

Don't buy this overpriced watch because you can only see the display indoors.

I realised that my watch display is get dimmer and dimmer. Give it a few more months, I think it will go to e-waste bin.

4.5 years, I am still waiting for this update. And I am also waiting for your SWOLF update which you claimed to be in development which I believe as far as kickstarter project which is more than 6 years ago.

A company is measured by it's service when you have a problem.
Swimmo rectified a manufacturing fault immediately, and to my complete satisfaction, without ANY hassle. GERAT service.
In the week I did not have the watch, I did not swim at all, I had gotten so used to my watch beforehand, which had brought me from 2 swims a week to 5 swims a week.
I am now back to 5 swims a week and improving.

So, yet another year passes and still no stroke count or SWOLF. No indication of when these will arrive.

Seriously folks they are a million and one better watches out there at a lower price point. DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH.

This is like buying a retro swim watch because you like the lack of features or little foibles.

I purchased this watch for my husband as a gift. This is a great gadget to keep him motivated as he uses this for swimming a lot. He can customise certain goals.

I received my Swimmo watch and have been using it 2 times a week for a month now and definitely like it. Does exactly what ads claim and does it quite accurately

14th July - Update:
I have now received my order on the 13th of July 2021. The watch is great, it's easy to use and setup.

Since putting up my initial review below - I've had a few correspondence from Swimmo and I now have my order - so, all is good here now 👍.

I still won't give 5 full stars because I do believe there's room and opportunity for improvement but they deserve 4 stars for their willingness to help and work through issues - thank you.

Also, will be a good idea to set the right expectations on your website for deliveries outside of Poland (yes, I know this may not necessarily be in your control but you need to let people know it could take a month).

09th July - INITIAL REVIEW:
Placed an order (ORDER #‎BBE887F84‎) with Swimmo directly on their website 17th of June - I am yet to receive the watch. I have emailed twice now, I was told there was a delay then given a tracking number which has both Origin and Destination country as "Poland" (I live in the UK btw).
No response yet to my last email, and no telephone number to speak to a human being. Really not impressed with the service and nothing to show for a watch that costs £149.

I'm not sure where others bought their watches from, but I would think twice before buying from Swimmo directly

I love my watch as I have heart failure and it vibrates if I’m working too hard. However, after a break from swimming due to COVID I can hardly see the screen or any writing. I’ve charged it to full,power. Please help as I’m about to start swimming again

From the brand “ We have also never advertised or claimed that the watch supports interval training of mixed modes”. So unless you are doing just one stroke, this could prove disappointing. Perhaps suited for straight freestylers or open-water swimmers. The company is based in Poland, despite other information online suggesting it is a US based company. Now, they are trying to bully me into removing my review, so I’ll revise to a 0
Swimmo is now saying I am posting this review “out of spite” - It is a plain and simple “Buyer Beware”. They claim I am not using correctly, what a load of BS, it is simply unsuitable for a swimmer doing modern swimming drills. Unless you want to be tapping your watch every lap or two, how ridiculous is that. Designed to make money, not to provide a solution to swimmers. Scam of the Year.

The watch has been a great addition to my swim training. Unfortunately it has had water ingress which has damaged the watch, but the customer service and speed of sending out a replacement has been great.

I’ve been using my Swimmo watch for 1 year in my swim spa. I broke my charger so I sent off $30 for a replacement. Mail was slow, but Swimmo was very helpful. Replacement finally arrived and it arrived broken. Packaging was damaged in shipping. I explained this to Swimmo and they immediately committed to replacing it at no charge. In both contacts, via email, they answered within 24 hours. I couldn’t be more satisfied. As for my watch, My only real interest is in my heart rate, for my health. I have peripheral interest in distance, and no interest in strokes. I sync it to my iPhone after each swim and get everything I am interested in. I look at my watch only to see
My recovery heart rate right after I finish. It is perfect for what I need. Soon I will share it with one of the built in sharing links to challenge my brother, who bikes. Not sure it will be meaningful, but will try. Count me a delighted customer.
