I bought the switch relay to control outside lighting. They were easy to install and about 5 minutes after installing I hand them included in.smartthings, they have not lost connection since installation. Will definitely buy again

I was looking for a way to automate my espresso machine (a traditional model with a stiff mechanical rocker switch) without messing with wiring or replacing an appliance that still works perfectly. After some research, I decided to give the SwitchBot Bot a try, and it completely exceeded my expectations.
Setup and Installation: Truly Plug-and-Play
Getting it running took literally five minutes:
Pull the battery tab.
The SwitchBot app (iOS/Android) pairs instantly via Bluetooth.
Stick it next to the button using the included 3M adhesive tape.
No rewiring, no opening up wall panels, no hassle. The adhesive holds firmly, and the motorized arm packs more than enough torque to press stiff buttons. The box also includes the small add-on sticker with transparent line, which lets it pull toggle switches back up—a huge plus if you need both on and off actions.
Day-to-Day Use and Automations
The app is clean and lets you configure local schedules right over Bluetooth without needing an extra hub. I set it to turn on automatically at 7:00 AM on weekdays, so the boiler is preheated by the time I walk into the kitchen. Later, I added the Hub Mini to unlock remote access and voice control via Alexa and Google Home, which made the setup completely seamless.

Bought there fan. Love this fan. It runs flawlessly through the app with matter via Apple Home. The color and trim and light make it really beautiful. Love it

Funktion- hervorragend, selbst meine Armbanduhr funktioniert einwandfrei.
Falls ich mal zu liegen kommen sollte,
kann ich damit die Tür, für die Helfer öffnen, toll, ich fühle mich in den Punkten sehr sicher. Die Nachtschließund erfolgt sehr leise, daß so etwas möglich ist begeistert mich. Das Klebepad passt auch noch hervorragend zu meiner Wohnungseingangstür.
So, Leute ich bin mit allem zufrieden und kann es ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.

If i could put Zero stars i would, I’ve emailed yall for three weeks now to find any update about my order and not once has anyone picked up a phone line the chat is literally fake says the same exact thing and I’ve sent emails everyday and no one will reply. Spent over $600 dollars on products i believe would be amazing but now to go on three weeks and not even have a tracking number or any kind of update is unbelievable I’m to the point I’m going to dispute the charge on my credit card because even if I wanted to cancel you can’t because no one will answer or reply to you. My order number is  US67181 you say will ship within 2 to 3 business days it’s been 2 to 3 weeks!!! And nothing has been updated nothing has been Packed yall got all your money feels like yall ghosted me.

My experience with customer service has been great. They are prompt and really want to find a way to help you.

I love my switchbot shade openers. My shades are behind my headboard making it hard for me to open and close them. With these openers I just hit a button and they open!!

I was looking for an alternative way to control my air conditioners wirelessly. My Samsung AC units are only four years old, but they do not have Wi-Fi connectivity. I decided to purchase a SwitchBot Hub Mini, and the setup was very easy. The SwitchBot could not learn the commands directly from the remote control, but I was able to set it up using one of the preloaded codes available in the app. It works very well with the Alexa app on my phone. I can switch the AC on and off, adjust the temperature, and use other commands. Unfortunately, when using an Amazon Echo device, it only works for turning the AC on and off. I have not been able to get it to work as fully as it does through the Alexa app on my phone. One of the best features is that you can switch on the AC from anywhere before arriving home, so you can enjoy a comfortable temperature when you get there. I am now in the process of setting up the same solution for the other AC unit in my home. I highly recommend it. It is a much cheaper option than buying Samsung's Wi-Fi controller. It would be even better if SwitchBot offered more AC models in the app or provided an option for users to add their own models manually.

I stopped burning candles a few years ago due to “supposed toxicity” in the smoke, but the pleasing lines of this smart lamp caught my eye.

I noticed in a review someone was using one of these lamps with a perfume stone - something I didn’t know existed. After a little research I found one shaped like a lotus flower on a wooden base, which fits perfectly into the base of this lamp.
The lamp arrived very quickly & well packaged with easy to understand set-up instructions.
The lamp & perfume stone look great together & make an attractive focal point.
The timer controls & lighting levels are operated remotely via the app, or connected to the Home hub, or manually.

Probably my favourite purchase of the last 12 months. Will be looking at more SwitchBot products.

We are very satisfied with the SwitchBot Weather Station.
For anyone who genuinely likes to stay informed about the weather conditions, it offers a lot of useful information in one place. It gives you a really comprehensive overview of the current weather and many important details, including temperature, wind and wind speed, as well as the weather forecast for the coming days.
The setup and settings are also pleasantly straightforward. The interface is easy to understand, and you can choose which parameters and information you want to have displayed. This makes the station both informative and easy to use.
It combines a clean and elegant design with a great amount of useful information, while remaining simple and intuitive to use. A very well-thought-out product that we are happy to have in our home.

1 Stern – leider nicht empfehlenswert

Meine persönliche Erfahrung mit diesem Anbieter ist ausgesprochen enttäuschend.

Es gab Lieferprobleme, ohne dass ich als Kunde darüber angemessen informiert wurde. Gerade bei Verzögerungen wäre eine proaktive und transparente Kommunikation das Mindeste gewesen.

Noch problematischer ist der Kundenservice. Dieser war in meinem Fall kaum bzw. nur sehr eingeschränkt erreichbar. Eine zuverlässige Möglichkeit, Probleme zeitnah zu klären, habe ich nicht erlebt.

Als besonders unbefriedigend empfand ich die Kommunikation per E-Mail. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass E-Mails angeblich nicht angekommen seien, weil es offenbar technische Probleme mit dem zuständigen Server gegeben habe. Für mich als Kunde ist das keine akzeptable Situation – insbesondere dann nicht, wenn gleichzeitig bereits ein Problem mit einer Bestellung oder Lieferung besteht.

Unterm Strich entstand der Eindruck, dass man bei Problemen als Kunde weitgehend auf sich allein gestellt ist. Statt einer unkomplizierten Lösung musste ich mich mit Lieferproblemen, fehlender Information und einer äußerst unbefriedigenden Kommunikation auseinandersetzen.

Von einem professionellen Anbieter erwarte ich etwas anderes: zuverlässige Lieferabwicklung, funktionierende Kommunikationswege und einen tatsächlich erreichbaren Kundenservice.

Das habe ich in meinem Fall nicht erlebt.

Auf Grundlage meiner Erfahrung kann ich den Anbieter nicht empfehlen.

I have just received the SwitchBot K10+ robot vacuum.
So far I am very impressed with how well it cleans for such a small device.
Also it is so clever how it draws its own map of the rooms, and how easy it is to program sections to avoid.
I continue to be very happy with SwitchBot as the devices and gadgets they bring out are of excellent quality.

I bought a smart lock from switchbot and I’m happy so far with the overall experience, made through their website.

Switchbot makes really good products. I'm using the Meter CO2 Pro and it's good. The product is portable and the build is really nice. I particularly like the CO2 detection feature and the Bluetooth connection which allows me to connect remotely even when am not in the room. I'm looking forward to using the Home hub mini which should allow me connect to my devices via the internet.

I've got one of their mini robot vacuums and the new smartlock pro. Both shipped fast direct from Amazon and working well. Looking forward to trying out some of the other interesting products.

Good product, good customer support, bought the keypad Touch and I am fully happy with that.

Wir haben seit 3 Wochen das elektronische Türschloss von SwitchBot im Einsatz. Vorher hatten wir das System von einem anderen Hersteller und waren damit total unzufrieden. Das Schloss von SwitchBot war super schnell eingebaut und funktioniert sehr zuverlässig. Mit dem alten System braucht es manchmal 10 Versuche bis die Türe sich geöffnet hat, weil der Schnapper nicht richtig geöffnet wurde. Das neue System ist deutlich schneller und hält den Schnapper für eine einstellbare Zeit zurück.

Das System ist schnell eingebaut und konfiguriert, sieht optisch gut aus und macht was es soll. Super finde ich den eingebauten Doppel-Akku, der während des Ladens von Hauptakku den Öffner mit Strom versorgt sowie die nahtlose Integration in Amazon Alexa. Die Türe kann man über Alexa mit Sprach-PIN, PIN-Code, Fingerabdruck oder NFC öffnen. Die App zur Steuerung ist intuitiv.

Wir würden das System jederzeit empfehlen.
