The last product I bought is the floor lamp, good looking in a modern living room, easy to install and configure, smart home features works great!

The missing link for my Home Assistant setup!

The SwitchBot Hub 2 is the ultimate addition to my Home Assistant setup. It lets me effortlessly control all my IR devices: my aircon, remote-controlled candles, and my Smart TV that used to lose connection whenever it was turned off.
The IR blaster is ridiculously powerful—the signal always finds its way, even if the hub is blocked. Setup was an absolute breeze. Extremely happy with it!

Enquired how to purchase a roller brush cover for our robot hoover. I was more than aware the item is out of warranty and wanted to know how to pay for this.

Customer services advised me to pay £9.99 shipping fee and they would send the part to me, once I had sent confirmation that I had paid and the order number. I duly did so and then heard nothing back until 3 days later whereby an agent told me I now had to pay £35? It has now been a further 2 days since I have replied to this email asking for clarification regarding this and no reply.

I am absolutely disheartened by the responses so far. All I want is a spare part but it appears to be they just want to charge me more.

Switchbot - this can quickly be resolved. Either:
- send me the part as you said you would, I have confirmed I've paid the amount requested (your order reference has been attached to this review)
OR
- refund the £9.99 ASAP and I'll take my custom elsewhere.

I have bought a water sensor and the RGBICWW Floor Lamp and they are great. The products have a very high quality and are immediately discoverable by any home domotics system. The Switchbot App is really useful, with a lot of features.
I bought directly from their website and the experience was really good.

I was looking for a eInk frame to share pictures at home, I found out AI frame from SwitchBot to be the best option in terms of look and feel, battery life and resolution.
Mobile app is well shaped and can be shared across the family so it's pretty easy to feed the content on the screen.
Quality of material very good and a nice set of tools and accessories to mount the frame on the wall.

Purchased the switch bot pro facial recognition lock and it works wonderfully. Easy to install and has so many great features. Would definitely recommend this product. Thank you.

The Switchbot Smartplug Mini is an amazing smart outlet device. The 4 pack was a great deal as it was on sale for $22. The app is pretty easy to use and you can even set up a command to use the smart features with Siri to turn on certain outlets. I use it to remotely control my espresso machine from their app and to control my lamps to set up a schedule for them to come on automatically when it gets late. I really like that you can see energy usage for each outlet you are using. I gave one to my father in law so that he can turn his coffee pot on with a set schedule so that it gets a pot brewing before he gets out of bed. This is a great gadget and I look forward to trying more products that the company offers.

I have the Switchbot Meter Pro (excellent value CO2 meter) and a few Switchbot Indoor/Outdoor meters. Both are easily accessible via the app but also integrate well with the Home Assistant ecosystem via Bluetooth proxies so are a good addition to a smart home setup.

The customer service at switchbot is fantastic. They have a good selection of smart products and the customer service to back it.

I do wish I didn’t have to buy a second product (the hub) to be able to connect it to my google home

bought a SwitchBot because I needed a way to turn my air conditioner on, schedule it, and turn it off remotely, since mine isn't a smart model.

Setting it up was honestly effortless: it took me about 30 seconds to connect it to my home Wi-Fi and teach it the signals from my AC's remote.

What I really love is being able to schedule the AC to turn on and off on different days and build automations that just weren't possible with the original remote. Alexa compatibility is the cherry on the cake 🙂

Ende August hab ich endlich den den Switchbot Ultra mit Keypad erhalten. Ich bin ausgesprochen zufrieden damit, die Integration in Home Assistent lief unproblematisch, der Support ist hervorragend und sehr fix.

Ich hab zu dem Gerät weiters auch noch NFC Cards als auch das Akkupack bestellt, beides sehr nützliche Dinger und die NFC Cards zum koppeln waren ausgesprochen schnell und funktionieren ohne irgendwelche Probleme.

Ich hatte nur ein kleines Thema mit dem Fingerprint, aber das wurde sehr rasch behoben und zwar mit einem Firmware Update, welches mir Switchbot zur Verfügung gestellt hat.

Bis jetzt kann ich nichts negatives dazu sagen und bin glücklich keyless durchs leben zu wandern :)

Es una excelente alternativa a ponerse una alarma y pagar una supsceipcion eterna. Te da seguridad puedes abrir con huella , codigo o con el movil . Y te avisa cada vez que abran o cierren la puerta...si estás de vacaciones y switchbot te envia la notificación diciendo que han abierto o forzado la puerta, tu mismo puedes llamar a la policia pagas una sola vez y te quedas tranquil@ sin pagar 70 euros al mes

Awesome products, easy to use and to configure, also custome support realy kind and open to feedbacks on the products.

Setting it up was very straightforward and user-friendly. However, I’d be quite happy if there were a way to limit the individual notifications – so that, rather than receiving one every time the door is opened or closed, a notification is only sent if there’s been no activity for 30 or 60 minutes – because it is a bit annoying to get a notification every time the door is opened or closed.

Otherwise, I’m very happy with the product.

I got the switchbot lock vision pro smart lock 3d face recognition palm vein fingerprint keyless entry deadbolt to replace my August dead lock.

I like this one because the app connects to the dead bolt way quicker. I also like the face recognition and the pin code access. There's the palm reader but I haven't used it or the nfc. Lots of ways to unlock a door. I don't think I'll use them all, but the other ones are good to have. I also like the rechargeable battery, don't have to keep buying AAs. The motor is strong too, so locking and unlocking is smooth.

I haven't had any issues thus far.

I would recommend it to someone that needs options for unlocking their door or just to have a solid lock that runs smoothly.

My kids always forget to lock the door behind them and half the time they forget to bring their keys when they leave home. I used to have a simple autolocking deadbolt but it did not have the customization I wanted so I started looking around.

I read good things about Switchbot and decided to try them. I also decided to jump all in and get the pro lock that uses facial recognition, fingerprint, code, and vein recognition to open.

The locks were easy to install and set-up, considering all the things this does, was fairly painless. The app walks you through the steps. I got 2, for the front door and one for the garage. One of them started having issues detecting the door being closed so I reached out to the company and they replied quickly. Unfortunately I had a defective unit so they sent me a new one.

I also ordered some NFC dongles that tie to your keys for extra protection for my family, like I said they are forgetful so they might forget a code, try it with dirty fingers, etc. These I could not get to work but the company helped me again and showed me how to set them up.

The products are great but the customer service is even better. they have been very helpful and understanding.

Easy to use and makes it convenient to turn on or off a switch remotely. You will download their switchbot app and the function and setup is very simple. Definitelt recommend this switchbot for home switching convenience.

Experiencia positiva. Proceso de configuración muy intuitivo y fácil. La cerradura funciona de maravilla y apenas hace ruido, es muy rápida.En cuanto al teclado es muy rápido y reconoce fácilmente la huella. De momento cero problemas.
