The product and the app are both excellent. I’m very happy with my K10+ Pro Combo, and it performs really well.

Unfortunately, the Matter connection issue weakens the overall experience.

Still waiting support assistance hope they can fix it.

SwitchBot offers some amazing smart home products. I use the Lock Ultra Vision Combo. The Lock locks and unlocks really fast, has 3 batteries (double redundancy) and the Vision Pad's face recognition is super reliable and fast. I have only made good experiences with this company, their customer service and their products.

Only negative thing I can say is that the app feels a bit clunky or slow. It's reliable nevertheless.

Wer Bock auf eine richtig smarte Deckenlampe hat, sollte sich die SwitchBot RGBICWW Leuchte (37,6 cm) mal genauer anschauen. Ich habe das Teil getestet und bin echt angetan!
Das lief super:
• Aufhängen & loslegen: Die Montage ging super fix. Dank Matter-Support war die Lampe im Handumdrehen in meinem Smart-Home-Setup integriert – absolut stressfrei.
• Richtig hell, wenn es sein muss: Mit 3200 Lumen macht das Ding ordentlich Licht. Perfekt ist, dass man die Farbtemperatur easy von gemütlichem Warmweiß bis zu produktivem Kaltweiß umstellen kann.
• Buntes Farbspiel: Die RGBICWW-Effekte sind der Knaller für Partys oder Filmabende. Die Farben fließen richtig schön ineinander.
• App & Sprache: Die SwitchBot-App läuft flüssig und ist logisch aufgebaut. Auch Zurufe an Alexa, Google oder Apple Home klappen ohne Verzögerung. Pluspunkt: Die Lampe gibt keinen Mucks von sich – kein Summen, nix.
Nicht ganz perfekt, aber meckern auf hohem Niveau:
• Für richtig fette, riesige Räume könnte sie ruhig noch einen Tick mehr Power haben.
• Die App hat so viele Funktionen, dass man sich am Anfang erst mal kurz durchklicken und reinfuchsen muss.
Mein Fazit:
Die SwitchBot-Deckenleuchte liefert einfach ab. Tolles Licht, coole Effekte und dank Matter absolut zukunftssicher. Für den Preis macht man hier absolut gar nichts falsch. Von mir gibt’s eine fette Kaufempfehlung!

I've got a few things from Switchbot, and they've all been really good. The smart remote in particular was a good replacement for my old Harmony Elite that was dying.

I purchased the SwitchBot WiFi Thermometer Hygrometer 3 Pack with Hub Mini as a gift for my husband as he's always wondering what the temperature is in different rooms. It was a surprise for his birthday and I set it up easily when he was out!
He absolutely loves it - and I can't recommend the company enough. The Room Thermometer sensors are all working accurately.

I have always wanted a smart curtain opener but found them too expensive then I came across this one. I seen all the integration switch bot had and I really liked previous products like the switchbot switch so I was happy to add the curtain opener to the switchbot family! It was easy to setup and because of the automation features, it effortlessly wakes me up in the morning by opening the curtains and closes them at night when I'm not even there. It has made an annoying task in the mornings and evenings disappear. I cannot recommend it enough.

I bought hub 2 and the integration with apple home was easy and really fast. Hub 2 has a bright screen, with all the info you need about your room. The IR blaster is extremely powerful, so you can turn fan or AC on and off by a few meter away, more than 3 in my case. I really recomend Hub 2 for anyone looking to start a smart home and still has enough IR devices.

Switchbot is making amazing affordable products that people actually need. The switchbot bot helped me retrofit my existing switches to be smart and the leak detector worked well when I needed it.

I enjoy switchbot and the products they provide. I own several thermometer hygrometer devices from them, as well as their wallet finder and lock pro. They all make life much more convenient and help me achieve my goal of having a smart home.

I bought 3 SwitchBot Battery Circulator 2 Fan Pros recently. They are very quiet and connect to matter / home assistant and the phone app (and says also google home / alexa but I haven't tried that).

4 stars not 5 because there are some niggles:
- night mode has 1 fixed fan speed that is not the lowest, unable to shut off display outside of night mode
- when turning the device off, it rotates left and right fully to 'centre' itself, even if you haven't used the rotation function

A vízérzékelőt egy csőtörés után vásároltam meg. Teszteltem úgy, hogy rácseppentettem vizet, és egyből jelezte a telefonom, hogy vizet érzékelt. Mellé a hubot is megvásároltam, az is tökéletesen működik, elégedett vagyok. Könnyen tudtam csatlakoztatni a hálózathoz.😊

I bought the Switchbot lock ultra and was pretty impressed. Easy to integrate into home assistant, and works great every day. The touch pad was similarly a good experience. I'll be looking to Switchbot for more products, like the water leak detector they sent me.

J'utilise plusieurs produits SwitchBot : des capteurs de température répartis dans la maison, un Hub 2 et un capteur d'ouverture sur ma porte de garage. Tout fonctionne sans accroc.

La mise en route est immédiate : on retire la languette, l'appareil est détecté, c'est opérationnel en quelques minutes. Capteurs discrets, bien finis, relevés fiables et réactifs.

Gros point fort : l'ouverture de l'écosystème. Mes capteurs remontent dans l'app SwitchBot, mais aussi dans Home Assistant et dans l'app Maison d'Apple — le Hub 2 sert de passerelle Matter et prend le relais pour les capteurs éloignés, utile quand la portée Bluetooth ne suffit plus (chez moi, entre le sous-sol et l'étage).

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je vais compléter avec d'autres capteurs de la marque, notamment pour la détection de fuite d'eau.

Bisher zwei verbaut, einen mit Vision und den zweiten mit Keypad. Funktionieren Perfekt. Kundenservice ist auch super, antwortet noch am selben Tag. Von mir eine klare Empfehlung.

The switchbot with mini-hub worked well and has a simple setup. I tested it over VPN and I can now activate the switch remotely over the internet.

The Meter Pro Kit was my first SwitchBot product. I've been an enthusiastic Home Assistant and home automation user since around 2017, so I'd heard plenty of positive things about SwitchBot over the years. Despite that, I'd never actually purchased any of the company's products until now.

The main reason I chose the Meter Pro Kit was because it solved a very specific problem in my home. I wanted an easy way to monitor both temperature and relative humidity indoors and outdoors, and the included outdoor sensor was the feature that ultimately made the purchasing decision for me. There aren't many well-designed solutions that integrate this neatly while also being suitable for external use.

Needless to say, SwitchBot's reputation did not disappoint. The overall quality of the kit is excellent. Everything feels well made, the setup process was straightforward, pairing the sensors took only a few minutes, and integrating everything with Home Assistant was far easier than I expected.

What has impressed me most, though, is the reliability. Since installing the kit, it's simply worked. I've never had to troubleshoot it, reconnect devices, or think about it at all. It quietly collects accurate data day after day without any intervention.

For me, that's the hallmark of a quality smart home product. The best devices are the ones you forget are there because they just do their job, consistently and reliably. The SwitchBot Meter Pro Kit has been exactly that, and it's given me the confidence to consider more SwitchBot products in the future.

Bought some temp/humidity sensors a while ago and they are still working fine.
Bought some mini plugs for the aquarium light and to measure the solar panel.
Then noticed they are the same brand and can work together, so now i can read the humidity as history diagram.
Solar power generation is a nice curve, and aquarium light got its on off timer :)
