Highly recommended- a great experience
Switch Health is a large company but Elli Wright gave us an excellent, very personal service. Having arranged health insurance for my Mother (who has complex needs) we turned to her to help with our own family’s insurance. She saved us almost 50% on our renewal quote and in doing so, she listened carefully to our requirements, she was always highly responsive and also incredibly pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Elli to anyone looking for private health insurance.

Medical Insurance is a mine field! Donna and Amanda made it simpler, understanding the needs of the client and thus were able to assist very appropriately.
Communication was clear and succinct. Communication by phone or email was very good.

My renewal review was conducted by Connor Harries. I found him to be proactive, personable, and attentive; he listened and understood the requirements. He explained health insurance terminology thoroughly, some of which I had misunderstood for many years, and he provided the most comprehensive and competitive quote suited to our needs. A lesson in not just going for auto-renewal on Health Insurance
Whilst looking to simply extend our current medical insurance provider, Jordon at Switch Health was instrumental in accessing best insurance options for our joint medical cover with an alternative mainstream provider at reduced cost and no change to cover!
