I have dealt with Bentley Manchester for many years and at the moment my Bentley is in for service, Steve the service manager who I have also felt with for many years is a great guy and very respectful, I feel very confident with the service side as they email me a video of the health check to explain in detail the vehicle condition which I think is a great idea. Overall very happy five stars

I recently had my Bentley Bentayga serviced at Bentley Manchester, and the whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. The team consistently delivers first class service, but this visit truly stood out thanks to Keaton.

From the moment I arrived, Keaton went above and beyond to make everything seamless. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion for what he does really came through. He kept me updated throughout, explained everything clearly, and made sure the car was returned in absolutely immaculate condition. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical knowledge with such great customer care, but Keaton does exactly that.

The dealership itself is immaculate, welcoming, and run by people who clearly take pride in their work. It’s always reassuring bringing the Bentayga here because I know it’s in the best possible hands.

A huge thank you to Keaton and the whole Bentley Manchester team. A truly a five star experience. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Whilst the service at McLaren and Bentley Manchester is excellent, the prices are exceptionally higher than those of local independent approved garages.

However, the large part of the review that brings the score down, is the frustration I’ve been dealing with my McLaren and spread of corrosion that has been present Over a number of years. The car is only six years old, but the corrosion looks to have been present for at least 2 to 3 years but has gone unchecked whilst in Sytners possession.

this is the second time i had issues with my new RR and took it for service, amd still recived the car with the same issue.

I had had my GTC Bentley serviced by the technicians at haig road synter group knutsford for 8 years . They are the best dealership ever for getting your Bentley serviced. Steve Allsopp is the customer facing services manager and he is the very best ensuring your car is serviced, repaired, treated as if it was his own.
Everyone who works there treat you as a person and absolutely ensure they have as much time as needed to explain things needed for your car . The girls on reception are fantastic and have a coffee waiting for you. . I encourage you to use this dealership and be assured Steve Allsopp will make your experience unforgettable. I would like to highlight Keaton - an asset to the team at Bentley Manchester

The truth is that I am happy with the result however I questioned certain aspects of the process.

Buying remotely brought its challenges, the video was great but couldn't get the sound to work so no idea what the salesman was saying!

Then being told the car would be sold today (but gave me a last chance to buy now) was confusing given the vehicle then re-appeared , still for sale, but now an extra £4k.....?

Finance guy was helpful and delivery service was excellent. Wasn't aware the rotating screen isn't standard so that could have been noted if Id seen in the showroom.

Still our first Bentley, a wonderful car, and looking forward to the driving experiences.

Always great from this professional company

I reported a warning message coming up on the dash of my phantom . I was told it was a faulty rear door latch. A new latch and door handle were fitted ( at a cost of approx £3000). When my car arrived back to me I took her for a drive , only to find the same warning light was still lit up on the dash !!!

Bentley Manchester car buying process is nothing short of exemplary . Paul Blunt , my sales executive who help me decide , and didnt rush me at all. And along they way had so many laughs I almost felt sad leaving . You see when u arrive there the reception team jump out of Thor seats to welcome you , the next thing ur drinking coffee and biscuits and having a nice chat then ur whisked off in several test drives laughing and joking and really having the best time. It was a smooth easy very reasonably priced car deal and now I have a super new GT speed to drive along with cherished memories of the buying experience . Thank you Bentley Manchester . You are simply fantastic
