I arranged a time with the service department for the collection of my car but it was not available when I called. The person on duty told me he had not been advised that I was collecting my car. Found this very inconvenient as I had to wait some time before my car was ready.

Always a first class service with Greypaul Ferrari , only a MOT this time, but experienced the usual high standards of attention to detail, professionalism and friendliness i usually get every time I visit.

Faultless from start to finish.

I had a problem with the car which meant I couldn't make the original date of the service appointment. That was no problem to Graypaul - my service booking and courtesy car were held over until the following day.

An exemplary experience - as always.

Good feedback with video and digital report on the service.
Losts points on not carrying out the only piece of work I asked them to do to the car resulting in me having to take the car in myself to rectify or have Gray Paul pick the car up and have it away for a day again.

Louise was outstanding friendly extremely helpful courteous and polite. She kept me update at all times nothing short of excellence. Megan on reception was again outstanding very helpful full of information. It’s easy to say you have an amazing team at Maserati and I hope we continue to deal with these ladies for a long time. My car was handed back beautiful and clean and the technician was very informative. Terry topman very knowledgeable about the brand. Please can you make sure Louise and Megan get my feedback. Good staff is easy to find excellent not do you easy but have exactly that.

Louise Burns coordinated the service perfectly - the dates, the pick up etc. No fuss, no hassle - really good all round.

Service advisor was very helpful. All work was carried out as described and kept up to date all along.
