Maserati Levante Trofeo - Very Happy Customer
Georgia Snowden at Graypaul Maserati Nottingham was amazing and excelled in customer service. From the initial call to the brilliant video footage and detailed description of the car to the seamless handover Georgia was absolutely first rate. Very proud of my new Levante Trofeo and extremely pleased with the high level of professional care and customer experience, especially as the transaction was conducted over long distance.

Georgia was excellent
Georgia was excellent. She was engaged, communicative, non-judgemental and well informed. In experiences with other premium clear dealerships, they have on occasion been overly aloof and self-important and consequently lost a sale of a high-end car. Porsche (twice) and Range Rover (twice) have both failed on this front. Georgia was the opposite and consequently secured the sale of a beautiful Maserati. She was a pleasure to deal with.

Great parts / product support
Having spent 6 weeks (!) unsuccessfully trying to get some security wheel studs direct from Maserati, I phoned Nottingham and James sorted me out straight away: They arrived in the post the very next day! They even didn't charge for postage! I've also previously called them for guidance on my Ghibli on a couple of occasions and they've always provided excellent advice - even though I didn't buy the car from them. When a company does the small stuff well, it's always a good sign!

Beware... although Initially a great service when buying…
Initially a great service when buying at Maserati Nottingham, purchased a Levante from there, but be warned, as it is apparent according to the Management team, the Levante is the fastest depreciating car there is. After 16 months of ownership I was looking to change, and had a value in November 2022 of £38k but as it needed 2 tyres and a major service could only offer me £36k, 10 weeks later, less than a 1000 miles more, I took the car to Maserati had the major service, New tyres all round and apparently after doing what they said it needed now only worth £32k??? As based on their current sales portfolio they have for sale, they work on a £8 to £10k margin. Offered Less than the online, webuy, motorway companies. Even though used car prices are high, remaining high. I also mentioned the expensive paint protection applied when I bought it to ensure a higher than normal value when we decided to sell... turns out not worth it, so if you buy one, please save your money and avoid the sales speak re this gimmick, it makes NO difference Lovely cars, but if you buy one keep it a long long time

I changed my mind over a weekend after having experienced high pressure sales techniques to get me to sign when they knew we needed to hurry home. I was extremely apologetic but despite being willing to negotiate to lose some deposit i was told i would have to forego the complete £3000 holding deposit. I therefore had to take the car. Utterly horrible experience.
Then when we got the car home the rear number plate fell off.....

Great Experience
The whole experience, from initial call to collection of the car was great. James and Gareth were friendly and helpful at every stage, with any queries promptly dealt with. It was a pleasure dealing with Nottingham Maserati.
