I purchased a car through Jack at Maranello Egham in Jan 24.
I had previously visited the dealership and explained to Jack, the model, colour and spec that I was looking for. After a few weeks Jack called me with details of the perfect car for sale and I arranged a viewing and was delighted to purchase the car.
Jack looked after the process, kept in touch, sent me videos and pictures, arranged at my request to have PPF applied, sorted out my private plate and generally made sure everything was spot on for the handover on the agreed day.
This is my first Ferrari experiance and it was made special by the way I was looked after by Jack and the Team at Maranello Egham. Highly Recommended.

Subject: Humble Complaint Regarding Recent Service Experience

Dear Sytner Maranello Ferrari Service Egham Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing as a long-time customer who has always held Sytner Maranello Ferrari Service Egham in high regard. However, I feel compelled to express my concerns regarding the recent service experience, which has left me somewhat disheartened.

As a loyal and elite customer for many years, I have consistently chosen Sytner for the exceptional service it has been known to provide. Unfortunately, for last few years along with my recent visits have given rise to a sense that the level of commitment, concern, and care for elite and loyal customers has diminished.

Despite continuous reminders and requests to the team regarding the service details, the recent service fell short of expectations. Basic elements such as checking the screenwash, tyre pressure, and oil seemed to have been overlooked, leaving me less than relaxed upon leaving the high-end car service station. The screenwash was empty, Tyres pressure below the required point, and there were bird droppings on the car bonnet with no effort to address these issues. Additionally, the absence of a pleasant fragrance was noticeable. specially `i informed `i had to drive to portsmouth. i had to fill the screen wash and tyre pressure just after few miles of drive.

Moreover, attempting to reach someone for assistance proved challenging. Each call made was met with difficulty in connecting with a person to discuss my concerns, which added to the overall disappointment.

Moreover, I received a letter from Sytner, and to my surprise, I had to pay postage to receive it. I anticipated that it might contain urgent or essential information, only to discover that it was an informal letter. While the cost of postage may not be the primary concern, it does contribute to customer confusion and disappointment.
I genuinely value Sytner Maranello Ferrari Service Egham as my favorite place, and it is with a heavy heart that I share these observations. My intention is not to criticize but to express the disappointment in the service experienced, especially as a loyal patron.
I believe in the excellence that Sytner is capable of, and I trust that this humble complaint will be taken constructively, leading to an improvement in the overall service experience for loyal customers like myself.

Car serviced with no issues and no charge

Service is always excellent; in this case Matthew Taylor went above and beyond to accommodate me, sort out a loan vehicle and make everything very straightforward.

Service took three weeks with a recall part needing to be re-ordered and a fault found just before returning the vehicle. Price was adjusted in compensation which was appreciated but still disappointed with the timeline and overall high cost of the year 2 service.

There is no place better to look after you Special Car, service levels are unmatched in every department and they make you feel like a VIP the moment you walk through the door.

Always a fantastic experience. I wouldn't take my car to anyone else, and I will only ever buy my cars through Lisa and my service through Antony. Looked after before, during and after sales and service. A welcome change from normal car dealers. Beautiful cars with wonderful customer service makes all the difference. As close to perfect a car showroom can get.

My only contact with your firm was through the driver, Chris, who collected and returned my car. And that involved a couple of very pleasant conversations. So, as an experience it was efficient and painless, hence the rating.

Another fantastic buying experience through Maranello Egham. The team is always first class and understand the products and the clients perfectly. Hamzah, Markus, Lawrence and Mitesh are a pleasure to partner with for these purchases.
