I can't thank Isobel at the Nottingham branch enough, she went above and beyond to make sure the problem I had with my car was sorted much quicker than I could've expected.

Avoid this place
Avoid this place, I bought a car a couple of years ago from them, I had the car a few months and it went to my local audi for a service, they found the rear suspension mount decayed and split, I emailed them and nothing was done. I forgot all about it but its just had its second service at audi again my local one and they said its worse now a dangerous defect etc and it will be 409quid to repair it now i wouldn't expect this issue on a 20 year old ford focus let alone a 2 year old audi S4. I've emailed the manager today and his reply is basicly get lost, so off we go to court....update soon as.. update 1st sep, as you can see they stated it happened after 2 years rubbish it was not long after as the service previous to this one and I've only had car 2 years so far. Evidence can be provided to anyone wishing to see that. Also 2 "previous matter" as you suggest rightly so we're sorted as the 35 GRAND car was sold to me with wheels that looked like they had been smashed to bits and I think the other matter you refer to was a dent in the car if you think these are all acceptable things to leave on a vehicle and sell to a customer with then it shows your level of service doesn't it really. Please read people.

For accuracy, the issue you have raised with the suspension mount occurred after two years of ownership, not after a few months as stated in your review. As you have confirmed, your vehicle has been serviced and maintained at your local dealership since purchase. Without having inspected or serviced your vehicle during this period, we are unable to assess the nature or cause of the issue you have described. It should also be noted that this issue has never been previously identified as a fault or advisory on any independent MOT inspections. We have previously supported you with two separate matters that fell outside of your warranty coverage, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to customer service. Should you wish to have your vehicle assessed by our qualified technicians, we would be happy to arrange an appointment. Audi A3 bodywork repair
I had my Audi A3 booked in for bodywork repair due to another car going into the back of it on the 5th of August. I had rang Audi a few days after this happened and they got me in on the same day to have a look at it. I was met by Craig Hanrahan who was exceptional! He was so kind and welcoming and got back to me within the hour with a quote. It was a price that I expected and fair. I then got my car booked in for when was best for me with shifts and Craig got me in very quickly to get this sorted. Communication has been excellent and through a stressful situation due to only having had the car one day when this happened made this situation easier. The quality of the work done is excellent and it’s like no damage was ever there in the first place!
Would highly recommend Craig and Audi! Audi are very lucky to have him.

Peter Elliott of Audi Nottingham is a star
Following a very challenging time with my car over several months, Peter Elliott from Audi Nottingham stepped in. Despite any commercial involvement or gain, Peter led the way in resolving my issues very quickly and effectively. Without Peter, I would still be left with a problem vehicle. It was a clear demonstration as to why large vehicle manufacturers need local garages to own the relationship with the customer.

The whole customer experience was excellent. On the first visit we were introduced to Roger who kindly answered my query regarding a particular vehicle. He then arranged a decent test drive on various road types. It was my dealing with Roger that went a way towards making my decision to buy on this occasion.

Mobile Software Update
I had an Audi E-tron software update carried out by the Andrew from the mobile team. Excellent experience, he explained the process then carried out out professionally. Even wiping the rain off the inside of the car door afterwards. I did not have to take the vehicle into the dealership and was able to continue my working day with minimal interruption. I've not had this service before but will look forward to using them again.

Having had a few minor issues with my Audi Q6, I made another visit to Nottingham Audi. This time I was met by the Aftersales Manager, Billy Hobbs. I’d been having issues with apple CarPlay and finding a part I wanted to tidy up the interior of my Q6.
Having arrived at the dealership expecting barriers as to why my issues could not be resolved, I was surprised that within ten minutes of meeting Billy, everything was resolved and I was on my way home.
Billy was able to find and check the part number I was after and had CarPlay working also, as well as showing me other functions of the car I was not aware of.
Thank you Nottingham Audi and Billy Hobbs for the excellent service received.

Fantastic service from Andrew last week…
Fantastic service from Andrew last week who was able to fix my car on the drive at home - arrived bang on time, fixed the small sensor issue it had and then went above and beyond to update the software on both of my Audi’s. Super quick, super professional and super convenient. Great job and would definitely recommend this mobile service!

The salesman Vernon was customer-focused, very knowledgeable, polite, and not pushy. He was backed up by a customer focused and personable manager, Hannah, who reinforced and sealed the deal.
Excellent location, and the showroom was well presented.

Got a new car. Needed to get the MMI put into out name. Vernon was very thorough making sure it was ours before resetting everything into our name. I didn't realise how much I formation the old owner could get so I am very grateful to Vernon for his help. Great customer service. Thank you.

Superb customer service from Albert Salapat at Nottingham Audi
Very impressive customer service from all at Nottingham Audi but with very special mention to our sales representative Albert Salapat, who guided us effortlessly through the process of buying our first new EV (Q6 E-Tron). Albert struck the perfect balance between offering expert advice whilst listening to and acting on our individual family requirements. We have for many years acquired our new Audi’s from Nottingham Audi and after this latest experience we will certainly continue to do so. Excellent all round service - would strongly recommend to all considering a new (or used) Audi.

I recently bought a car from this dealership, what a pleasant experience and surprise it was !
From the initial phone call from Chloe, right through to collection day, the service was effective, efficient but at no point was it pushy. Chloe actually listened to what I wanted and when she said she would do something, that is exactly what she did. She was mindful that the little things make such a difference, on collection day I had fuel in the car, charging cable in the car. She even came in on her day off to do the handover. Please note Tamworth Audi- this is how it should be done, most of your your sales executives could learn lots from Chloe Lindley !!
