Boxster 981 which I’ve owned from new and was supplied by OPC SIlverstone had 12 year service completed, albeit it has only done 34k miles. Service completed as quoted plus some additional work replacing front brake pads. Car is still under Porsche warranty so must have OEM parts and membership of Porsche Members Club which gives 10% discount on full service costs paid for itself in spades. The car was in for 3 days but the loan of a new Cayenne meant this was not an issue. I was kept fully informed of the work carried out and received updates. I know Independent specialist may be cheaper but IMO they can’t offer the same level of service, such as a courtesy car and full valet that an OPC does.

I bought a car part exchange. Unfortunately, the entire experience was not what I hoped for. I was told that the car would be in perfect condition. However, after the close inspection I found out this wasn't the case. The car had numerous chips. I was told not to worry as I had an insurance (which I paid for!) that would cover this. How convenient to do this at the expense of my time and my own money! They also sent a chap to show me how I can use app for various info / controls, which later I found out was not part of the deal. Again, it took me some time to figure this out and their rep had no idea that I wasn't buying a new car. Talking about communication within team non existing. I also was never given a second car key. Was promised to be sent by post , however, after almost two weeks no sign of the 2nd car key. And finally, Synther owed me money, which they were in no rush to refund. I had to chase them to pay me back and I'm still waiting for this to happen. Luckily, I'm still within my cooling off period and should they not pay me on time I will cancel the deal. I would never recommend dealing with this people. They are all after 'exceed expectation' and frankly, they don't have a clue how to achieve it.

I was looked after by Justin. From start to finish he was friendly and professional. Received my video from Bradley with my health check and it was nice to get a good look underneath my car. Your dealership was recommended to me and didn’t disappoint. I actually live closer to another OPC dealership but happy I came to you. Thanks Johnny.

The service advisor, Jack, kept me updated with the progress of the service and MOT and was very helpful with the warranty extension

I recently purchased a 2025 Macan 4S, which was delivered to my home with the agreement that my Defender would be collected at the same time. On the day of delivery, the haulage company was unable to take the part exchange due to the height restrictions of their covered trailer. This wasn’t a major issue, and Porsche arranged collection for the following day.

Unfortunately, this is where things went wrong. The haulage company returned with an open trailer and quickly loaded the Defender. However, as the service road is on a slight incline, the combined weight of the vehicle, trailer, and lorry caused it to lose control. The entire setup rolled backwards, crashing through our neighbour’s gate and destroying part of our side wall.

Thankfully, no one was injured, but the damage was significant. While the haulage company has been in contact and is working with us to arrange repair quotes, Porsche has effectively washed their hands of the situation. They haven’t reached out at all—not to check on our wellbeing, not to assist with the situation, and not even to ask if we’re happy with the new car.

For a brand of this calibre, the lack of communication and customer care is extremely disappointing. Accidents can happen, but how they are handled makes all the difference—and in this case, the response from Porsche has been very poor.

Booked first MOT, when booking advised that I wanted to extend the warranty at the same time, told not a problem and could do this at the same time. MOT all done fine, asked to sort out warranty only to be told I needed to have the V5 with me!

Can't fault the MOT and great staff on the day but customers need to be told if they need to bring documents, another visit now required.

Collected car. Fixed issues where they could. Returned car clean on same day

Car went in for a suspension error message. Took a week to complete. When I went to collect the car it came back honestly filthy dirty. When I dropped it off it was immaculate. They did apologise, said something about jet washing the back of their compound but looked to me a total dusting of the red rain you get and no one bothered to clean it. They did offer a courtesy wash but who is going to go to the hassle of returning the car to a dealership to get what’s normally a pretty average valet? They had taken the wheels off to repair some scrapes on the alloys and didn’t bother to reset the tyre pressure monitor so got in to the car with another error message (not a big thing but come on you are Porsche?). Then got to the first roundabout and something flew into the passenger footwell. They had removed my Porsche Dashcam and left it on the front seat. Nice. Assume it still works.

No one wants the inconvenience of bringing their car in, but bringing it in to such a warm and friendly environment does help (alongside the cakes!)
Jack is great, really nice demeanour and nothing seems like too much trouble.

All staff are really welcoming and have created a centre which not only provides the service you would expect, but genuinely cares about clients as people. I feel among friends, not just being 'efficiently processed'.

Car broke down on Friday due to failed HVAC so was undriveable due to misting. Known Taycan problem.

Reported Monday to my service advisor Julie. She advised roadside as it wasn't safe to drive. They arrived and took it away.

Julie confirmed work being done. Roadside tried to give me a hire car (not needed as wfh). Car completed and ready for pickup Wednesday night. Julie sorted a cab to pick me up.

Car ready and clean when I arrived.

Perfect service.

Great communication throughout the process. I worked at the dealership all day whilst the car was worked on and was looked after very well. Car valet was excellent too.

In a age where customer service is set at a low bar my faith was restored when dealing with Craig Porter , his service and communication was extremely good. I sold my immaculate Porsche to them for a fair price a good deal is when both parties are happy Thanks Craig you made it easy
