In a age where customer service is set at a low bar my faith was restored when dealing with Craig Porter , his service and communication was extremely good. I sold my immaculate Porsche to them for a fair price a good deal is when both parties are happy Thanks Craig you made it easy

Friendly and professional.

Really appreciated how joined up the experience was. From start (calling the roadside assistance number) to finish (getting the car returned home by a forward-thinking young man in the service department) the service was excellent and exceeded my expecations.

Jack, our Service Advisor, was absolutely brilliant.
You could tell he cared and always kept us updated, nothing was too much for him.
The team members who collected our vehicles were also great. Very friendly and we felt safe having them drive our cars.

Great customer service. Took a while to get it booked in, but that seems the same with loads of dealers. However, I was treated with complete professionalism and made to feel very valued. Everything was done as expected and within the quoted timeframes, and the communication throughout was great. I know you expect the best experience to come as standard when dealing with Porsche, but in my experience that's not always the case. So it's great to see how it's supposed to be done.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, who were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I was well informed by Julie and Sean about the service, and the video that Sean sent of it taking place was a marvellous idea. Thank you so much for a great team.

Service was completed promptly and I was kept informed of progress which was important as I had an 80 mile journey. Provision of a courtesy car was appreciated.

Aside from my initial contact with one of the girls at Porsche being slightly frustrating, as she spoke with me on the phone after the car was set to be recovered, took my details, and then replied via email saying all would be in hand, when I came to email her the next day, she had an 'out of office' on and had gone on annual leave for nearly a week without even mentioning it to me.
Not great really...

Other than this minor annoyance, thanks again for a great service from Porsche Silverstone. :)
