Michael Jacura a great professional to handle the fix for my car. He explained about the fix needed and punctuality of work has been done is impressed me the most.

Michael was extremely helpful & knowledgeable and dealt with the problem swiftly. This service saved us the time to travel and wait at the garage which was very beneficial to us.

I am writing this review as it’s a situation that has really annoyed me and my family. My husband won’t be happy but honestly that’s his problem. We purchased a vehicle a while back and spent a lot of money in my eyes for a family car. We had endless problems with the car and the car drove more miles going back and forwards to garage - it got to the point where he actually stopped driving the car. Eventually after a period of time he sold the car back at a fairly hefty lost even though we were willing to change the vehicle and we did several times try but the dealership made a mockery of it and they’ve tried to treat my husband as if he was an idiot. Eventually someone stepped in and sorted the issue out, however it was still at a big loss for us the reason why I’m writing this review because we still haven’t replaced our family car because of this incident with these guys. My husband has now psychologically been scarred to purchase another vehicle as he has lost faith in any dealership thanks to Reading Sytner. It’s been now several months and he still refuses to purchase another vehicle. He loves his cars and to see that is very upsetting even thou it save money in the long run. That’s not the point. Thanks to these guys. We have lost out on our family vehicle and do not go out as much as we used to. The other Terrible thing they did was they offered my husband gifts for his car as a sorry, when the car got damaged or was having issues. He took a few items for him to keep the vehicle and not return the car and then they had the audacity to keep that on the vehicle once we sold it back to them and not return it to us as agreed. So all I can say is that Overall experience for this dealership has been less than kind and I would definitely not recommend them. Their attitude stinks and their behaviour stinks. Hope other customers have better luck than we did. I just hope my husband gets the opportunity to buy another car again soon. No thanks to guys

Michael was extremely punctual and messaged to confirm before his appointment. He also tended to the jobs in very sufficient time as well as being extra helpful with additional usages on my car.

It was the people that made the difference.

Car was due a recall for Airbags for a while now. Had an appointment booked for a visit but received an email/call from Michael who said they can come by the house today to save me travel and sorted it in probably less than 15 minutes. Thanks mate!

Appointment was scheduled for 08.00hrs. And we were met and greeted in a timely manner. We were introduced to Reece Medford who had been allocated to carry out the service on my car. We were impressed by his manner, his competence and reassurance that we would be kept updated throughout the day regarding progress etc. indeed we were and when back to collect vehicle Reece sat down with us and explained everything. We received a copy of the service etc. I would say a highly organised, efficient and competent member of Audi Reading service department.

Excellent and friendly customer service. Answered all queries quickly and professionally. Very personalised service from Marcos. 100% would recommend Audi Reading.

As a new Audi owner heading for first service overall I had a great experience. Started with booking process where Paul help me by advising on pricing, service plans, etc. and booking my appointment to fit in with work schedule.
On the day I was also impressed with the ease of driving in for service drop-off and then the regular updates I received while my car was with the team. Andre looked after me both at drop-off and for collection and went the extra mile to resolve a minor issue. I was offered a wash and vacuum and seems like the car did indeed have a quick wash (the car was fairly clean before but I could see the dirt around the door seal was certainly done, just missed a quick wipe around the boot seal).
Only criticism I could make was that the team didn't seem to have received the message/comment left requesting a callback from the Audi Cam (despite me receiving an email confirmation) but as mentioned above, Andre took care of this without issue.
Overall a great end-to-end service experience.

Sales couldn't seem to do anything more for us when buying the car. However drove it home and it clearly had a massive fault. I was advised to keep driving it as it may have been because it hadn't been driven for a while. Something should of clicked in my head then!
It was extremely dangerous driving the car as it would not go into 6th gear and registered as any other gear, which dramatically brought the speed down straight away.
When I said I was bringing it back to them they avoided every way they could for me to bring it back to them. They wanted nothing to do with this car and have not taken any ownership on getting it sorted. They had it go to another branch who had longer waiting times. Even when they had told me they could get in sooner they still fought with the other branch to keep hold if it and get it done. The other group is so back logged it may take weeks to get it fixed on top of the 2 weeks they have already had it. When I have called Reading to speak to a manager I have had no call backs. They have literally washed their hands of this car.
They either knew it was broken and wanted rid, or they didn't know and don't want to deal with actually fixing it.
I have had many cars over the years and this is by far the worst experience I have had and the last place I would of ever expected it from. I will absolutely never go back here for another car again. I feel like they got their money and rid of the car and just absolutely abandoned me. I am so angry and dissapointed.

What a fantastic service from Reading Audi!

I had a product recall for the airbag on my Audi and, not only did Michael come out to me, but he came same day, and had the job done in about 30 mins!

A very fast, friendly and efficient service from start to finish.

Great service from Sytner and Michael, it really made the process of getting the car fixed so straightforward. Michael kept me informed all the way along from when he would arrive( on time) to what the issue was and the resolution, which was resolved within 24 hours of first coming to home. Replacement part fitted, errors cleared, all good to go. A really great way to resolve issues quickly and without going to the dealership and being without the car all day. For the faults that can be resolved from the roadside, this is definitely a great idea👏. Well done and thanks Michael for the great customer service as well.

What a Fantastic Company.
We purchased our Audi q5 Sportback from Sytner Reading Audi while we were actually away on Holiday.
The salesman Irfan was fantastic, his description “over the phone” of the car was 100% accurate.
On returning from holiday we picked the Q5 up from Sytner Audi Reading.
Very Very welcoming staff and a super easy handover.
Will definitely use again.

Booked my car in for a diagnostic and was given an in-garage appointment for two weeks time. Next morning Audi master-technician called and offered me a mobile diagnostic appointment for the next day. Arrived at stated time, ran tests, gave me clear analysis of what was wrong, enabling me to use the original appointment for the repair itself. Massive saving on time and super-convenient.
