Highly recommendable experience
Audi Reading (Sytner): Excellent experience, both in terms of purchasing my Audi S3 (2023) and having it serviced.
The teams are Audi experts, to me that means perfect. That is partially why I keep buying Audis and do not intend to consider any other make.

I bought a brand new Audi Q7 Black…
I bought a brand new Audi Q7 Black edition from Audi Slough in September that had a fault from new but Audi slough closed down and I was told from Audi UK that Audi Reading has took over my contract on as part of the sytner group. But even with me having my car in my local Audi for repair 7 times and still had the problem Audi Reading would not help me they just tried to offer me a px price to sell me another car. I would never buy a car from any of the Sytner Groups again. They get your money then don't want to help when you have a problem. I’ve now had to sell the car back to Audi and lose a lot of money. Audi Reading took my contract over when Audi slough shut down as Audi uk told me this so I have put my review on the correct site!!!

We know that the management team in Reading were trying to assist due to Sloughs closure and that your vehicle was actually being repaired at a different centre which is not Sytner Owned. Our friendly team will always try and help a fellow Audi driver and we will continue to advise you of the options available. We would encourage you to contact Audi customer care if you are unhappy with the repairs carried out at the alternative repairer.

Michael the master technician did a mobile visit to fix my car.
Friendly and extremely knowledgeable, he confirmed the issue, summarised the work required and liaised with the warranty team for authorisation.
Back next day to complete the work without fault. Thoroughly recommend him.

Great experience at Reading Audi sales
This review is for Dan and the rest of the Corporate Fleet team at Reading Audi.
Dan guided us smoothly through the process of leasing our new Q5. It took a long time from placing the order to receiving our car as it was a new build with exclusive paint colour but he always kept us informed and promptly answered any queries we had. Aftersales has been good and we have been pleased with our experience. Thank you Dan.

Mobile Technician
A warning light appeared on the dash on my Audi Q2. Car was booked into the workshop but they couldn't see the car for a few weeks. I was contacted by Michael (Mobile Technician) and he came to the house and fixed the car within a couple of days. Such a great service. Having a mobile repair is so convenient and saves the hassle of driving to the dealer and arranging alternative transport etc. Highly recommended

Michael, master technician from Audi Reading, came to assess my car due to some issues I’d reported to another branch multiple times previously. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He addressed every issue I’d reported and gave clear feedback after his assessment. He also followed up with an email after his visit. I am pleased with his service and professionalism.

Had a minor issue with my car and my enquiry was immediately picked up and dealt with. Michael brilliant from start to finish. In comparison to previous garages this was a different level of service

I have been buying BMW and Audis for…
I have been buying BMW and Audis for over thirty years and Audi Reading is by far the worst dealership I have ever known. After making an appointment to view a car and travelling for over an hour we were left waiting 20 minutes before even being acknowledged. We were then told that the salesman we were due to meet was too busy to help but another would help! We waited an hour in total to be finally he told that the car was unavailable to view inside or to test drive as they couldn’t get access to where the key was stored! On one positive the young man that tried to help was very polite and did apologise, but the whole experience was a shambles. We have now purchased a BMW from a dealership that did want our business.
