Imagine handing over £32k cash for a…
Imagine handing over £32k cash for a Jaguar ipace, only to drive it home and the very next day it needed a new battery cell and you can only charge 167miles to a full charge. That was in March 24. It’s now the end of July and I have been summoned in to fit a new cell after the 10th email 4 months later. It’s ok..I’ll come to you in my own time to fix the car that you sold me broken. But then…your courtesy car has accidentally been taken and will be an hour. So I’ve used the time wisely to trustpilot a review for you. Sytner Northampton have NEVER ceased to disappoint me from the moment I picked up my car. A car with only 20k miles should not be such a problem. Leaky bonnet, boot that doesn’t close, not able to charge fully. All of these problems would have been known when you took £32k hard earned cash from my bank for a below standard car. In fact, that’s the only time you have been efficient! I shall wait for the return of my ipace. Not doubt I’ll have to communicate with a zillion more staff to get it back. Blaaa bllaaaa.
Guess what. The Fpace you have now given me has the heated seats switched on in 29 degree English summer, just to pi$$ off this middle aged woman to the core. Thank you Snitter or whatever you called. Mehhhhhh.

How buy a car and enjoy yourself
All staff extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Hannah was great sorting out all questions and concerns that we may have had. Finance was explained in a measured way and all questions explained in detail. All together an exiting and excellent experience and one which has been the same every Jaguar we have bought. Thanks to all the team but especially to Hannah for her patience and understanding during the whole process.

Coolant light came on and made a same…
Coolant light came on and I was able to make a same day appointment. I was seen by Zuber who explained about the light and topped up the coolant and radiator fluid. Zuber was very helpful and I was in and out as quick as I can drink a cappuccino. Thanks Zuber.

Disappointing
A fantastic location and showroom Sadly the customer service did not at any point live up to the location, phone calls took days to answer, salespersons seemed indifferent. Had there been a similar car at a different location we would definitely have gone elsewhere. Not at all the experience we anticipated from Jaguar

New Car Purchase
I have been looking for a particular car and Sytner Northampton had just what I was looking for. The sales man Harry was excellent and very knowledgeable. The whole process was quite painless although a bit long winded.

I was treated extremely well in a polite, friendly and supportive manner.

How do Sytner ‘fix’ 82% 5* reviews!! I’m forced to use Northampton JLR dealership and it’s one dreadful experience after another. Absolutely no interest in actual delivery of promises - just loads of gloss and tech.
