I recently had my X5 serviced at BMW Sytner leicester , Mark Barrett and his team continued to give me a 5 Star service from start to finish. The team kept me informed all the way through the process whilst I waited on site, meeting all my expectations and the car was returned back to me within a couple of hours serviced and cleaned .

Our initial experience at Sytner BMW Leicester was very refreshing and then we met Daniel Rees and it went to a different level. Dan was exceptional in the way he helped us with our initial query all the way through to our purchase. This included researching all available types of tyres for the X1, because I wanted run flat tyres. We felt so confident and comfortable with the whole process of part exchanging our Mercedes and purchasing a new X1, because of the help and assistance we received from Dan. Over many many years and visits I have to say that not all my experiences at Sytner Leicester have been positive, some far from it. Despite that I have remained loyal to the brand and dealership. My most recent visit was only for an MOT but I did leave with a positive rather than negative feeling which I am pleased to offer feedback on.
In particular I want to highlight a member of staff named Naadir. His attitude, manner and personality was a notable difference in comparison to others I have met in the past. Friendly, helpful, polite and a credit to the service department.

Excellent service as always

Very smooth sales and handover processes. The team listened to my thoughts and requirements. There were a few minor issues after taking delivery of the car but these were handled and resolved well by the team. Arranging finance was easy.

Denil Chauhan was professional right from my first contact with the Leicester dealership.
He was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous, always returning my calls and went the extra mile to make sure the car was perfect upon collection.

Overall i have been impressed with BMW staff having been with another German for over 25 years.
