Professional staff
Denil Chauhan was professional right from my first contact with the Leicester dealership.
He was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous, always returning my calls and went the extra mile to make sure the car was perfect upon collection.
Overall i have been impressed with BMW staff having been with another German for over 25 years.

Fantastic service from Rob Harding at Leicester BMW
I had an amazing experience from start to finish dealing with Rob Harding at the Leicester BMW Sales Team. He handled all my inquiries professionally, swiftly, and in a truly friendly manner.
Everything leading up to the collection was seamless. On the day, Rob was incredibly thorough; he provided a detailed walk-around of the car and ensured I had no unanswered questions before leaving.
What impressed me most was how he managed his time. Even though he was clearly very busy, he juggled his responsibilities perfectly and made sure everyone was well-looked after. It was a genuine five-star service, and I wouldn't hesitate to return for another car based on how well Rob handled everything.

Great Customer Service Throughout
I collected my X3 M40i from Sytner Leicester recently. There was a delay before collection because the workshop found an issue that needed fixing. At the time I was frustrated, but looking back I’m glad they took the time to sort it properly instead of rushing the car out.
Lee kept me updated throughout and helped arrange a hire car while I waited, which made things much easier.
I’ve had the car for a little while now and I’m really pleased with it. Thanks to Lee and everyone at Sytner Leicester BMW for their help.

Dealt with an unexpected and…
Dealt with an unexpected and inconvenient MOT failure very well. They lent us a car overnight to get home and Meah made sure the repair was carried out first thing so we could get our car back at a suitable time the next day.

Recall Visit
Car was recalled for a faulty air bag and within 5 days of receiving the letter I was booked and all sorted, really simple and easy process. Imran kept in contact with me to keep me updated on timings and was very professional when I came in to collect the car. Love the complimentary wash and vacuum as well. Due to where I live I don’t get to visit BMW often and normally take to my local garage so coming here felt like a luxury!

A star!
Mia was appointed to my car issue mid journey, at which point my experience had been very mixed. However, she kept me up to date with every step, contacting me when she said she would and managed my concerns and expectations with warm professionalism. She was a joy and is a credit to BMW Mini.

I had been told to arrive at 10am on 10…
I had been told to arrive at 10am on 10 July in order to have a rear wiper fitted (20 mins) When I arrived, no-one was expecting me. Eventually this was sorted and my rear wiper was fitted.

Communication was spot on. I was assisted in clarifying the scope of the service as I was unclear whether certain work had been done previously.
I was seen to promptly and the work was completed in food time as I was waiting nearby.

New Car Purchase - 5 Star Experience
I had an excellent experience purchasing my new car from Sytner Leicester, thanks to Ryan Rewcastle. From the start, he was patient, professional, and always happy to answer my questions. He also accommodated changes to my chosen specification without any hassle, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Job Well Done
My experience was great because it delivered an end to end service that went distinctly above my expectations.
To expand, using WhatsApp as a primary communications tool added value by the need to keep messages focused and brief and gave me a record of progress, as posted by my Service Advisor Imran Uddin.
Imran maintained a pro-active and careful liaison with the technician working on my car that led to a very satisfactory job, well done.
I would not hesitate to recommend Sytner for BMW purposes to my friends and recommend that if possible, Imran is their Service Advisor.
