Happy with my new Mini
Although there was a slight delay with collection of my new Mini it was dealt with in a professional way.
From ordering to collection/handover I was kept informed of progress by either Lee or Simon. Everything was explained fully by a friendly and helpful sales team. Lee did all he could to make our experience a good one. This is my 5th Mini and I would not hesitate to recommend the Brand or Sytner Oldbury. I am extremely happy with my new 3dr Hatch CooperS.

Traded in my beautiful JCW Roadster for an even more beautiful Mini Cooper Convertible with all the JCW features but smaller engine and automatic….Wow,Wow,Wow!!
Everyone at Sytner Oldbury were so friendly and could not do enough to look after me.
From first day I went into the showroom meeting Mark and then Simon…. I felt so at ease and comfortable and more importantly was able to negotiate to a price that was within my budget and was happy with 😁.
Mark who sold me the car was brilliant and made me feel at ease every step of the way in the process of purchasing my new car.
He actually pointed me in the direction of a Mini that I had not considered and I am so glad that this car turned out to be my new car which I absolutely love!
He guided me through every process that I had to negotiate and totally reassured me that I had nothing to worry about and he would help me with everything that needed to be done including himself putting my own private number plates on my new car when all the paperwork came through.

Extremely positive experience.
Mark Taylor was extremely helpful and friendly. He made me feel completely at ease and sorted me out with exactly what I was after with no problem at all. One thing which I really like about this dealership and the people is they are not pushy in any way and don’t try and sell something just for their benefit they understand what the customers needs are.

First Class Experience
Sytner Oldbury Mini was a most welcoming dealership. Friendly and helpful personnel from the minute we walked in.
James, our sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. Two test drives were made available to us in automatic and manual versions and nothing was too much trouble.
We were given over 2 hours of time and all this helped to finalise what exactly we wanted from our new purchase.
We would recommend this dealership without hesitation.

What another amazing visit to Mini Centre. Welcomed by Jordan. My experience was outstanding welcomed with a coffee and a pleasant team. I only took my mini convertible in for a service and bought a mini cooper sport. I am delighted with my new car and enjoyed the experience from start to finish.
