Sytner Bodyshop in Hitchin have yet again delivered 'a best in class' performance this time repairing the damage inflicted on my X5 by a parcel delivery van.

Good but frustrating
Good but frustrating. When attempting to contact a particular member of staff via phone, e-mail or the website this can prove almost impossible. May be an out office response would be advisable.
Passed the same information via e-mail to 3 members of staff as asked. The staff don't appear to communicate due to the fact they work in different depts! As I say the same e-mail was requested 3 times by individual members of staff.
When the technician explained what part was required for the repair, he stated you have to buy the "kit" as it doesn't come as a single element.
When it came to paying the bill I asked for the remaining "kit parts." Strangely enough not available. BMW parts are not cheap!
Haven't driven the car yet but I still have faith in BMW.

After 8 hours waiting for diagnosis & a courtesy car . A Week & half of repairs. I’d like to thank Ollie & this team for all the hard work . Very courteous & knowledgeable with all he does. Will always use Stevenage BMW/MINI . Always felt welcome.

Excellent service
Always an excellent experience. I’ve used Sytner Stevenage for several years and will continue to do so. When work needs doing it’s done quickly and to a high standard and their customer service is second to none - in particular they’re excellent at providing timely updates on the vehicle status (both online and via phone/email). Very much trust that the job will be done efficiently and well when using them.

Great service from Ollie and the Mini…
Great service from Ollie and the Mini service/repair team at Sytner Stevenage. Only gripe is the fact that you cannot phone and speak to someone directly, you either have to leave a message in order for them to phone you back or send an email. Hence only 4 stars.

Jason was super. Despite insurance being a pain, Jason kept me up to date and was both helpful and friendly.
I was not 100% happy with the final finish at first, they sorted this right out asap. No delay, no questions asked.

Service and MOT at Sytner
Excellent service, you might pay a little more but it is well worth it. My service and MOT all done in 2 hours while I waited in a very comfortable seating area. Car cleaned and valeted. Can't fault!

Tim & Oli managed a difficult situation due to ARVAL not authorising work on my lease car - meaning the proposed 2 hr period was exceeded Tim & Oli provided me a courtesy car so I could attend my meeting in London - relieved & very happy .
