Very professional service
From the moment I met the salesperson until the time I collected the car the whole process and all the people I met were very professional. The salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable and listened to my requirements. A suitable car was sourced very quickly once I decided I wanted to purchase a BMW. Communication throughout was exemplary and I would have no hesitation in returning to Sytner Stevenage in future. First class job!

Sytner BMW at Stevenage - a great experience
I always enjoy bringing my car to Sytner BMW at Stevenage. The greeting and helpfulness of the Reception Team is always top notch. Ben Lau was the designated liaison between me and the Service Team. I have been with Ben before and he is always polite and well informed and keeps me up to date in a timely way with progress regarding the work on my car. Any queries I might have are always dealt with quickly by Ben and explained to me.

Great process, but can’t clean a car!
The WhatsApp discussion and way of communicating was great. Customer service team or the team I booked with was super easy.
Video of service was great, information they gave was informative.
Only negative. Your guys really don’t know how to clean a car!! It looks worse based on a half ar*ed job.
Wheels filthy still, water marks on paint and windows not done. Hoovered mats and seats but not wiped or dusted anywhere by looks of it.
Wipes/clothes they’ve used left in car also.
Emily day was great.
Home collection via Raj was great also.

Good car but awful service
Good car but awful service.
It seems once they have your money they are not interested
I had to do all the chasing they never return calls and was told my car would be put on car transporter as It was in wales
When I took delivery it had done almost 400 miles more
I have used Stevenage bmw for over 15 years even when it was specialist cars
I will never use them or recommend them again.

My BMW went into the Sytner Stevenage Service centre to investigate and resolve an issue which was displayed on the vehicles messages. Steven kept myself up to date with the investigations and progress on resolving the issue.

Helpful and efficient staff both at reception and service desk.
Car ready at roughly time it was promised
Pre paid service package makes services less painful.
Had to chase for results of damage images sent to body shop and they could have been fuller. Hence removal of one star.
