5 star customer service!
I recently bought my car through Declan Andrews at Sytner BMW and honestly, the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish.
I’ll be honest — before coming here, I’d had a negative experience elsewhere that left me feeling undervalued and not really listened to, so I was a bit cautious. But Declan completely changed that for me. From the first conversation, he was genuine, approachable and actually took the time to understand where I was coming from and what I needed from a car.
I initially went in wanting a 2 Series, as that was what I had my heart set on. But after talking through my job and day-to-day needs, Declan quickly (and clearly) explained the practicality side of things and why a 1 Series M Sport would actually suit my lifestyle better. It wasn’t about upselling — it was about making sure the car worked for me. That really stood out.
He worked with me and for me to find the perfect 1 Series M Sport, making sure it matched what I wanted in terms of spec, look and performance. He genuinely went above and beyond to get it right. I never felt pressured — it felt like he actually cared about making sure I drove away in something that suited my work and personal life properly.
His communication was spot on throughout. Always keeping me updated, always easy to get hold of, and explaining everything clearly and professionally. After my previous experience elsewhere, that level of service meant a lot.
I’m now in the process of getting everything connected in my new car and I’m genuinely so excited. It just makes it even better knowing how smooth and positive the whole journey has been.
Because of the service HE provided, I can honestly say I’ll be staying with BMW. Declan restored my faith in the process and delivered customer service that was genuinely top level.
If you’re thinking about getting a BMW, definitely speak to Declan at Sytner BMW Stevenage. You won’t regret it.

A very positive experience
From beginning to end the communication has been really good. Very friendly and helpful. Plenty of time spent with us. Very clear and informative about the car. Absolutely no pressure selling. All staff were friendly and attentive. The process of picking the car and collecting it was very smooth.

Arrived before my allotted time
Arrived before my allotted time, car was booked in promptly, was told I would be updated about my vehicle which I was, and I requested to be told as soon as my car was ready for collection so as to miss heavy traffic early evening, collected car just after lunch, was very pleased with the service I got from check in to collection, faultless service.

The appointment was easy to arrange with a reminder sent prior to the specified date and time. I was updated regularly during the repair. The staff were helpful and very knowledgeable/professional also very easy to talk to.
