Efficient and professional staff.
As in previous visits, the staff were extremely helpful and professional in advising me of the reasons behind the specialist service (scheduled transmission oil & service).
I was updated on progress and delighted that the works were, in fact, completed comfortably within the scheduled period including the complimentary carwash.

Excellent Service
The whole experience whilst my car has been in for repair at Mini Stratford has been excellent, they gave me a courtesy vehicle so that I didn't have to wait around I was kept informed of the schedule with regular updates on progress, my car was returned in nice clean condition too having had a little wash and brush up, Big shout out for Charlotte in the service team who goes above and beyond to make sure clients are looked after and feel valued. Thank you.

Sytner know how to look after customers
Sytner mini certainly knows how to look after customers.
From the time I booked the service to the time I picked up my vehicle. They check everything before they start.
They offer any service they think you may need. No pressure on taking that if you don’t need it.
They contact you as soon as the vehicle is done.
Staff are friendly and helpful always.

Great service from booking the car in and offered a waiting appointment.
Arrived at the agreed time, the service advisor was waiting for me, took the keys off me, ran through the works to be done, sat me down, gave me a coffee and biscuits, there were pastries on offer to.
I was kept up to date on every part of works carried out and to how far the car was through the works.
I was offered a wash and vac, which I just took the vac, as it was pouring down with rain.
Great service, very polite and professional, would highly recommend Mini Stratford on Avon for service works.

The speed that Mini were able to book my car in for it's MOT. The customer service was exceptional from the moment I entered the dealership to picking my car up at the end of the day.

Very courteous and efficient
Very courteous reminder about our service appointment. Quick and efficient drop off and we were looked really well when we arrived for pick up with a coffee. The car looked great and was serviced well.
