Wow what an Upgrade Mini really have excelled with this one!
Once again fantastic service from Chris Wheeler. He kept me up to date throughout my new car experience. He is always a friendly face either face to face or over the phone. He is a credit to the business.

Wonderful Customer Service
My wife had occasion to take her Mini into Mini Tamworth this morning for its regular service. Gemma Howe, on service reception was a breath of fresh air. Polite, professional and accommodating. When finding out my wife suffers from Parkinsons, she helped prioritise her vehicle although we had not been able to book a "while you wait". Gemma, you are a credit to the Sytner group.

Always had another another make beforehand but decided to try this car. Was made to feel really welcome at the showroom, given good guidance, had a really good demonstration and chose a great car which we are really enjoying.

The entire process of buying our new Mini from Sytner Tamworth couldn't have been better. From the moment we walked in to picking the car up it was a breath of fresh air compared to other Manufacturers we've encountered in the past. Chris was without doubt the friendliest sales executive we have ever had the pleasure of meeting and that's very important to us.

A modern and fantastic looking showroom, containing a great team of people and a wonderful product in Mini . Nathan was a very knowledgeable and extremely helpful salesman. He took me out on 2 test drives to make sure I got the right model for me . He was also very patient when we decided to wait for the new model. I am delighted with my new Mini and would recommend Sytner Tamworth to anyone .

Buying a New Mini
A well informed, educated saleslady who comprehensively explained the differences between new/used Minis but also gave us time and space to think. She knew her product and was able to describe all options to us. She never came across as 'pushy', We had a very pleasurable experience.
