Poor communication = bad customer experience
I brought the car in for a service and all was good. They called at 3 to say car was ready but there was a backlog at washing and so it would not be ready for an hour. I came in 1 hour 20 minutes later. Zac who had looked after me was not there and an amenable lady said it had not been washed and we found it in the car park and she took it around for washing - thank you to her. When Zac returned I asked him why it had not been washed and he said ‘that is what they told me’. He could have checked and called me to say it was delayed. He did not. When I asked him if he thought it was good for me to now wait around for 30 mins while it was done he did not reply. As a result I will now leave during rush hour and be late for an appointment. Not good enough BMW…

Staff at reception welcomed us and…
Staff at reception welcomed us and asked if they could help. Been to other BMW dealerships where we were just ignored.
Max came over as we were looking around. Asked him about a few cars, very helpful. Also what was great all the cars we unlocked inside the showroom where in others we have wait around whilst they open. Max found a car we we interested in, so we test drove with no issues and did not have to schedule in.
Keep up the good customer skills.

I picked up my brand new car from…
I picked up my brand new car from Sytner in Warwick on Monday and have been very impressed throughout the whole process. The Sales Executive, Sean McDonnell was polite and informative and, particularly when talking me through the features of the car, was very knowledgable with a deep understanding of the structure of the set up. I highly recommend Sytner Warwick and look forward to visitng again when my car needs a service. Oh, and I love my new i4 as well!

New BMW Grin
Just taken delivery of a used approved BMW i4. What can I say? Sytner have pulled it out the bag, the car is incredible. Immaculate inside and out and the sale was pain free, despite me being a distance buyer.
I’d initially had a poor experience when buying another vehicle but the true sign of a good company is the way they deal with issues. From the Managing Director to the Sales person, they pulled out all the stops to make sure I came back and made a purchase.
From being scunnered to having that new BMW grin on my face, can’t say fairer than that.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Sytner once again! This is my third car from them, having previously owned two brand-new Mini Cooper S models. There was a bit of confusion regarding my PCP contract, but Tom sorted everything out within a week, making the process smooth and hassle-free.
Sytner continues to impress me with their professionalism, customer service, and seamless buying experience. They are truly one of the best dealers in the UK, and I’ll definitely be returning to them for my next car. Highly recommended!

Not interested in selling you a car
Not impressed with BMW Sytner at all. Went in a few weeks ago car shopping. Very helpful salesperson who spent quite some time with us going through the car we were looking at. He then followed up our visit with an email. Went back in a week later to actually price up the car per the spec we were after and then asked to book in for a test drive. Was told he would contact us as soon as he had a car avaliable as they didn't have the particular model on site. I followed up with an email to the salesperson that afternoon thanking him for his time. Heard nothing back so emailed again a few days later asking about the test drive, nothing back, emailed again, still nothing from the salesperson. I ended up calling and leaving a message and then received an email from the salesperson saying that he had been unable to find a car for us to test drive but would keep on looking and keep us posted - that was on the 18th of January and have heard nothing since. It seems that he has no interest in selling us a car in the region of £50,000, will be going elsewhere.

Great service and amazing staff
Turned up to the warwick branch with an issue with my vehicle and within minutes Holly was on it and had sorted my problem out.
Super professional and very knowledgeable.

I had the best experience used car sales advisor Kiran Tonry BMW sytner Warwick was excellent she turned it round in less than 24hours brilliant customer service highly recommend 10/10 I went in Tuesday 5th morning she had the car ready for me to collect Wednesday 6th November at 10am 10/10

Late giving my car back
Late giving my car back - communication non-existent.
Unhelpful. Spent nearly £4k (well over-prices) and asked whether a small piece of paint missing from the side panel could get a minuscule dab of paint. No chance!
Just not a very helpful place and charge an absolute fortune!
Will elsewhere more professional
And cheaper next time.

Since my last review
Since my last review, the after sales team have been in touch to help resolve all issues. I would like to say a massive thanks to Jody (After Sales Manager) and Adam (Parts Manager) not only did they resolve the issue but went out of there way, above and beyound to make it convient and easy process, and to restore all faith in the dealership. i cant thank them both enough and the master Tech for his perfect job.

A Very Nice New Car buying Experience
Very Friendly, proffesional and Flexible staff in the Sytner Warwick sales team. Max and Frankie are a Credit to the business. Test drive was arranged quickly with no issues.

Reservation means nothing
Reserved car with £99 on website, no contact from them so I rang after 1 day to be told car was sold. Almost 2 weeks later now and still haven't received my £99 back after numerous calls.

Please don’t make the same mistake as i have by dealing with this dealership.Cut long story short,my car was involved in a collision and two of my tires were blown out,luckily i was only around the corner from home and managed to get the car home. Same morning car was collected and taken to BMW in Warwick where it remains until now.When i brought the vehicle i took out tyre and alloy insurance costing me £700 for 3 years which i haven’t claimed on until now.BMW insurance and BMW Warwick can’t even decide where the car is parked,I’m untitled to a courtesy car which hasn’t been provided.Correct me if I’m wrong when insurance is taken out you are liable for the excess which i agree with but according to BMW Warwick i have to pay for 2 new tyres and reclaim the money from insurance company which is load of rubbish.THE MORAL OF THIS STORY IS AVOID BMW AND BMW INSURANCE AT ALL COSTS .I haven’t mentioned any names at the moment but they know who they are,i will do if needed
