In pandemia ci hanno cancellato il volo. Ci hanno dato l’opzione di voucher o rimborso. Noi abbiamo chiesto voucher perché l’avrebbero dato subito e abbiamo pensato di usare il voucher per il viaggio di ritorno, e l’hanno mandato un mese dopo, quindi ci hanno obbligato a comprare un volo di ritorno. Poi il voucher è scaduto. Un disastro . Quindi ci hanno RUBATO 244€ più 60€ di bagaglio. VERGOGNA di compagnia

Worst ever Airline

Worst ever Airline. Flight cancelled. No support at all. We have tried to call the help desk. No one answers. We have tried to enter our expenses due to the cancellation of our flight. No reaction. For me Tap is a criminal organization that Just wants to steel from honest People. I won't ever fly again with Tap. Pure maffia.

DONT FLY TAP YOU WILL REGRET!

Flights were delayed and we were traveling with a baby. Bad service at this point already. However the worst was: there are regulations regarding refunds in situations like this. For almost 2 years now we are running after that money. On the official website there was just zero reaction. That we went to the European arbitration board which gave us right and TAP agreed to pay but still did not and stopped reacting. Then we hired a lawyer that fought them for half a year they agreed to pay and then again just did not pay. The next step would now be to go to court. Extra cost, time and nerves. It’s a farce that they rather go through all of that than pay there customers what they are owed and there is no institution that seems to give a damn…

Take some responsibility Tap Portugal

We flew Tap Portugal from Marrakech to Lisbon to Manchester. At check in at Marrakech, I asked if we would have to go through check in and customs again at Lisbon. I was told no. We bought duty free alcohol at Marrakech, worth £103. At Lisbon, it was confiscated as they said Marrakech packaging did not comply with their standards!!!
We had booked 3 seats on the flight at Lisbon, only to find another family had booked the same 3 seats. How can this even happen in this day and age??? We were very lucky to find 3 other seats.
I have filed a complaint to the airline and each time I check its progress, it reads, 'under analysis.'

Voor dar ik het vliegtuig kwilde…

Voor dat ik het vliegtuig wilde instappen werd mijn kleine koffer afgepakt en de bagageruimte ingegaan..terwijl de koffer was in het prijs inbegrepen..de vlucht was ook niet vol..erg boos dat dit is gebeurd.. nooit dit meegemaakt

Expenses still not paid with a flight delay in Nov 2023

I traveled on Nov 2023 with them where my flight got cancelled. I could fly the next day and was told that all expenses would be paid bac, but had to arrange myself. So I booked a hotel and went there late at night with the taxi. Came back to the airport and the flight I had was changed. It’s been nearly a year now and my expenses still haven’t been paid. So it seems I will need to get a lawyer and request the costs plus the legal compensation in the EU since I am an EU citizen. My case number with TAP is 2022-0003621524

Una delle peggiori compagnie aeree mai provate:
-voli in ritardo senza alcun motivo.
-zero assistenza pre, post e durante il viaggio per qualsiasi info.
-check-in possibile solo 24h prima anche se paghi il posto.
-imbarco delle valigie anche se delle misure corrette per rientrare in valigia.
MEGLIO PRENDERE UNA COMPAGNIA LOW COST COME EASYJET O RYANAIR, MAI PIÙ CON TAP.

Super Airline

Wir kommen soeben von einem TAP-Flug zurück und alles lief beim Hinflug (Frankfurt-Lissabon-Faro) sowie beim Rückflug perfekt. Das Gepäck wurde jeweils gleich zum Zielort durchgecheckt und kam vollständig und unbeschädigt an. Die Flüge fanden auch planmäßig und pünktlich statt. Preis unschlagbar: 3 Erwachsene + jeweils 23 KG-Koffer + Handgepäck = 650 €. Essen gibt es ja ohne Mehrkosten bei keiner Airline mehr, wir nehmen unser Vesper eben mit. 2019 und 2018 sind wir jeweils von Stuttgart nach Lissabon und zurück geflogen, auch diese Flüge liefen ohne Zwischenfälle ab. Wir werden immer wieder bei TAP buchen und finden es schade, dass viele Leute nur kritisieren und niemals loben können.

Diese Airline ist ein Witz!
Die Flugzeiten werden geändert, wie sie gerade lustig sind. Mal eben um 7Stunden die Flüge zum Robinson Club geändert. mit 6Std. Wartezeit in Lissabon. Warum gebt Ihr überhaupt noch Flugzeiten an? Ihr könnt doch mit eurer Provinz-Airline einfach nur Tage oder Kalenderwochen angeben, da Ihr Euch an Zeiten nicht gebunden fühlt. Was ein Haufen….

Do not respect EU rules on refund for delays

Booked a ticket in August for a flight to Agadir, I discovered before the check-in that the flight was not operated anymore and had to re-book on Marrakech. Arrival delayed in both directions, no notice from TAP, customer service called 5 times to be able to re-book and now they provide wrong information on my booking to delay refund. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

They lose suitcases and then blame…

They lose suitcases and then blame another party. According to their own we site, TAP would do everything possible to recover the luggage. But if you talk to them by phone, they don't want to help you. You just have to be patient. Biggest mistake of our life to fly with TAP. Next time just fly with KLM. Our honeymoon has unpleasant consequences thanks to TAP. We are going to hold them liable for all damages according to the European laws and regulations and with that can amount to thousands of euros. Too bad for them that we know the legislations well.

Old Air bus of course no space for hand luggage....

We have lost 3 luggage but jam ready to go to the end if need be even in court cause I will sue the airline to show all my prove of horrible service

Think TAP??? Think again!!!

If you are now checking the possibility of flying with the TAP airlines, read the following post, and then consider it again:
We were supposed to fly with the TAP airlines, unfortunately, two weeks before the flight, a completely difficult health problem arose, two weeks before the flight date, we only asked, in light of the circumstances, to postpone the flight.
A week after the planned date, we wrote a letter and explained the situation, we also emphasized that if the price on the new date is higher, we will pay the difference, we didn't ask for a refund, we asked for a postponement, that's it!
For over six months we waited patiently for TAP Airlines to look into the issue, in the end we received an answer, they cannot give us an alternative flight, while adhering to the company's regulations, without considering the human side, in this case.
There are many airlines companies, in the end they all fly the same planes and reach the same destinations, the difference is in the service, we as consumers are entitled to receive the best service for the money we pay!!
Therefore, you, as a passenger, find yourself in a crisis, and you need good service, you need someone who will listen to you, you need someone who understands the problem, you need someone who will consider it carefully in order to give you, the passenger, the best solution, it is very important to choose the airline company correctly.
At the TAP airline they failed big time!
Be smart, and learn from the experience of others, we will still fly to Portugal, but not with the TAP airlines, that's for sure!

La peggiore compagnia aerea con cui abbia mai viaggiato in vita mia. Volo cancellato senza alcun preavviso. Nessuna comunicazione su come chiedere la riprotezione su altro volo o come ottenere un pasto e un alloggio per la notte.
A 13 mesi di distanza dal volo (luglio 2022) richiesta di compensazione per ritardo aereo e spese di alloggio sostenute non è ancora stata evasa.
A pensare male si fa peccato, ma inizio a credere che sia una tattica per sfinire i clienti portandoli a rinunciare alle richieste di compensazione dovute per legge. Mi spiace solo per le povere centraliniste albanesi del call center TAP che si devono sorbire le mie periodiche sfuriate.
