I Just loved my Tealyra Sumo Mug. I found it very handy as I am wheelchair bound. It keeps my Earl Grey tea piping hot and it’s safer because of the lid. It looks very cool and cute, too.

Unfortunately, It got knocked off my wheelchair and broke in many, many pieces. I expected it to last a very long time.
I gave the mug a 4, it was just a gorgeous, very handy, well made item. I was just so surprised when it broke.

Bought 100g of their organic Jasmine Yin Zhen Silver Needle tea on line. I've been drinking silver needle teas for years and theirs is the worst I have come across. When I told them, their response was try our other teas.

Just fantastic tea shop, their lose leaf selection, the prices and the support service are first class. At least currently don't know what they could do better. Turning this heavy coffee drinker back to tea!

It is always a big enjoyment receiving products from Tealyra. They work fast and sell very good quality tea. Amazing idea for gifts or just to treat yourself. Never had any disappointments with them.

I tried to contact this shop a couple time after I place order. this shop ignore my email and never answer my call or call back. even I left a few voice messages.

and the chinese west lake green tea has misleading title. it's called west lake on title. but on description it said the tea is from a place NEAR west lake. the tea also taste bland.

I bought a japanese green tea as well. it taste bland and taste nothing like the actual one I bought from Japan.

They advertise mate tea on google summary info, and when I clicked to purchase online, unfortunately I never immediately noticed it was the wrong tea they had falsely advertised as being for sale, so I purchased.
After two days I realised I had been misled so I contacted them right away to cancel the order and I asked them not to send the product. Almost immediately I received an email from Dimitry telling me it had been already dispatched that day on 22nd Aug. However when I received the item, it had a label on it stating it been sent by Dimitry on 23rd Aug. so he LIED saying it had been sent, then sent it next day just to get a sale. Unfortunately for him I had evidence on the shipping label which contradicted his story. I told him it appeared he had lied.
What followed was me being accused of lying, spoken to harshly and two months of trying to get a refund through PayPal and my credit card to no avail. Despite promising a refund up to 30 days on their website for ANY reason, if I pay for return shipping I never got one. They wanted me to pay for shipping from US to AUS and return shipping from Australia to US or CA. However this was the same price as the refund of the product that should never have been sent to me. Dimitry refused to pay for shipping but did offer me a refund on the condition I pay for both shipping costs as well as remove a bad review on product review.com
This company has an Australian Domain Website as if they are here when in fact are in US. Until I complained, they also advertised having an Australian NSW address, (another deception) which has now been removed after I confronted him about it.
They advertised as if they were in Australia (low shipping cost for me) and products they dont sell and then lie or ignore customers to prevent refund and to keep the sale. They also ship items AFTER they claim it had been sent. After I was told it had been sent, being disappointed about being misled I sent several nice emails kindly requesting return information. They were ALL ignored. Go figure!

Any emails I got from Dimitry were accusing and demeaning. Like the first one which started...”Seems you are a story maker. You continue to say we are all here liers”. Even though I sent evidence to PROVE he sent the item after I requested him not to, by email correspondence and photo of shipping label, he ignored it and went on the attack. This is the classic response from a Charlatan.

I have been getting my tea from this company for the past year.
The quality of the tea is one of the best I found and the variety of teas can accommodate every taste. Delivery service is efficient, but the real shout out goes to the customer service.
In two occasions I messed up an order and had to contact asking for help.
Both times their reply was quick and polite, they solved the issue and really made me feel well cared for as a customer! If I could give 6 stars I would!

This company's customer service is second to none, they reply to my emails, and the postage is much faster now than ever, the teas are fresh and amazing, with such variety, and the flasks (especially the double wall glass flask) is such an amazing design. I have been purchasing tea from this company for more than two years now. The quality is consistently outstanding, the customer service excellent and delivery has gotten faster and faster.

My experience with Tealyra has been excellent from day one. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for high quality loose leaf teas.
