I've ordered from Tealyra a few times now and each time I'm very happy with my order. I like their Healthy Edge and Earl Gray Premium. It's awesome tasty! I would definitely will be ordering from them again.

Excellent range of high quality tea at affordable prices. Delivery very efficient too.

TERRIBLE - DO NOT PURCHASE
On 13 July I purchased approx $150 of tea products from Tealyra which have not been delivered. I have left several phone messages and emails via the web site but I have had ZERO response from the company. Thieves. Deceitful. Save your money. DO NOT REPLY.

You sent the product to the wrong address. MY address on YOUR web site is correct. How about you look at the facts. Based on the tracking link on your web site, you sent the product to an address in the USA.

I have left phone messages and email with you and receive NO RESPONSE. Hence the claim you are thieves, because you have my money and I don't have the product. Simple logic. If you bothered to reply to my emails and phone calls over the past two months I would not have posted this review.

Check my account. Check my address on the invoice. Send me my product.

The address on your web site is the same address I have had 5 other shipments successfully sent to.

You sent the product to the wrong address. You didn't respond to my phone calls OR emails generated from your web site.

What sort of customer service do you provide? How is it that I leave several messages on your phone system and use your web site internal communications twice to request order status and RECEIVE NO RESPONSE. However within 15 minutes of posting a critical review on a public site you manage to respond?

Always love the tea we get from Tealyra, we have been using them for a while. The quality is great and they have an excellent selection. Postage is also reasonable and reliable

Good choice of teas at reasonable prices. Have some teas that I can't obtain elsewhere. Fairly speedy delivery.

Great range and service - a one-stop shop for all tea lovers

I have ordered tea from Tealyra UK on a regular basis for at least two years. There has never been a problem with delivery, and - most importantly - the quality of the tea has been excellent.

Great choice of teas and tea ware. I'd like to see more taster packs as some are "not my cup of tea" and end up in the bin!

Good fast shipping and good quality tea. My only criticism is that they are a bit pricey at full price but an acceptable price when on sale.

This is my favorite company. I'm very disappointed that such bad reviews are about her. :-(
Over the past year, there has not been a single bad incident.
Probably, someone as simply "lucky".

My wife had some great chamomile spearmint tea and strainer bought for her birthday. Really nice aroma and flavour. BUT, when re-ordering two bags of what we believed would be the same tea direct from the company, the new tea neither smelled or tasted anything like the original batch. In fact it wasn't very pleasant at all. I have written to Tealyra twice about this, but have not had a reply. We would never deal with this company again. Such a shame as the first batch was really good.

I will not order again from this company.

I am sad to report another bad experience with this company. I ordered tea from them 3 weeks ago, it should have arrived promptly. It appears from shipping notes that they have shipped the tea to the wrong address. I have informed them of this but it seems they do not want to reply to my emails.

We like the tea BUT
When I have tried to contact the company about a problem with the handle of the strainer/infusers breaking within weeks of use nothing from the company.
I used their web enquiry form-nothing

Addendum- a replacement strainer turned up in the post- which is great but no note or contact to say it was coming

I am glad I found this website. Nice selection of very good teas!

Very poor delivery service.
I have ordered twice and paid almost £4 each time (surprisingly tea is not very heavy)
I didn't know 3rd class post was available but i think they have found it.
For this price i expect next day delivery - not a substandard 2nd class service. I have waited over 5 days now for my order and still i do not have it.
The product i cannot fault hence the second order - but i think they are extracting something beginning with pis# for the delivery service.

• The website has a .co.uk address and accepts payments in pounds, but the store itself is in the US. This means shipping takes ages. It also means that if you want to return the tea, you have to ship it airmail across the Atlantic.

• The tea itself tasted bad. I've ordered a lot of tea from a lot of different shops and I've never had such uniformly disappointing results.

All in all: not worth the hassle.
