Karaoke was amazing all good absolutely fantastic. Drinks good and service fine and staff very helpful although was busy so an extra staff member on desk/ bar area would have been welcomed

The family really enjoyed the bowling
The family really enjoyed the bowling. We had the December 2 games with the meal offer, and the food was ready at the time we expected. The hot dogs, veggie burger, and chicken nuggets meals were tasty. We'll definitely be back again!

When i arrived they said i was 10…
When i arrived they said i was 10 minutes late. However on my booking confirmation it stated 2.10pm and on the system they had it stated 2pm. The lady said we had to be off the lane at 3pm. Which made us rush through no fault of our own!

currently waiting a response to my complaint, yet to hear anything back, not even an acknowledgement of recipt. The customer service and experience we received at walsall was horrific. completely ruined my son's birthday! Avoid at all costs, because the staff don't care either.
