sconsiglio vivamente di far acquisti pessimo rivenditore rimanda di continuo la data della spedizione non so come andrà a finire

I ordered the 32GB USB Pendrive, USB 2.0, C906 White but I still havent received it. I asked them why but they do not respond back. I would like to get the usb or my money back. I already sent a mail with my ordernumber but no one is responding

J'ai commandé fin janvier un processeur avec une livraison prévue pour le 2/02/23. Mi-mars, je n'ai toujours rien reçu. Signalant le problème, j'ai eu quelques mails d'échange avec le vendeur, qui se retranche toujours derrière un problème de retard de livraison, incriminant faussement UPS ou autre raison. A la lecture d'autres commentaires, je ne comprends pas que ce vendeur reste actif sur les plateformes de vente en ligne. Pour moi, je commandais sur E.LECLERC Multimédia. D'ailleurs, les ayant eux aussi contactés pour ce problème, ils ne font rien à part enregistrer la vente en incident.
En tout cas, en commandant sur E.LECLERC, ou Boulanger, Pixmania, il faut bien vérifier son achat et fuir si la vente est proposée par TEQFIND.

Acquistato due dischi SSD tramite Eprice, registrato come azienda (Studio Sicurezza Ambiente Srl, come confermato da Eprice stesso). Non mi emettono fattura regolare con l'IVA in reverse charge (come da prassi degli acquisti da aziende del territorio UE) perché secondo loro l'acquisto era "B2C", ovvero sono per loro un cliente consumer. Mi scrivono di sentire Eprice, che mi risponde che non è cosa loro. Comportamento inqualificabile.

Il serait bon pour ce prétendu vendeur de pouvoir mettre des étoiles NÉGATIVES ...
Cela fait 2 mois que j'attends ma commande de disques durs!!!
Commandés, on m'a expédié plus d'un mois après dans un emballage qui ferait pleurer mes disques durs qui ne fonctionnaient pas !!!
Je les ai retournés, ils les ont reçus
J'attends toujours qu'ils me réexpédient ma commande
Ce sont des malhonnêtes et le site pixmania est complice car c'est par ce site que j'ai par malheur découvert cette société à éviter à tout prix

Prima klantenservice, snel reageren en bestelling snel afgeleverd, bedankt daarvoor...

I don't know what's happening with this company or where the problem is.. the idea is that they returned the amount of €160 back to my bank account, maybe it's not their fault, it's the couriers' fault . everyone who has problems, I recommend you to ask for a refund

I placed an order for Airpods Max at 8:55 PM CET Mar 2nd, I have signed up for next day delivery and paid 25 Euros extra for the same. I am currently waiting for their confirmation if it can be delivered today or by tomorrow. I have been trying to reach customer service for a confirmation of the same - 2 emails, 2 calls - no response at all. If I call the contact no provided I reach a receptionist who has taken my name and order no, also said that she is passing the msg to customer service team but no one calling me back. How difficult is to look up a customer order and confirm ETA - especially charging 25 Euro for express shipping? Hopefully they will respond and I can then update the ratings accordingly

I ordered on 23.02.23 and got no confirmation Mail till now. After reading these reviews im scared. I hope i get the article i bought, or at least refund...

Processeur commandé le 23 janvier via le site Boulanger, je devais le recevoir le 07 février au plus tard. Nous sommes le 02 mars et toujours pas de commande reçue. Après contact pris à plusieurs reprises ma commande devrait partir aujourd'hui ou demain mais je n y croit plus.

Fast response to an order cancellation and refund request because item would not have arrived on time (this was a fault on my side, they mentioned it would be available from 3rd of march but some events lead to me needing the item earlier).

At last today 24.02.2023 I got my money back after reporting here about the harassment of Teqfind.

I hope Teqfind will develop their business policy, otherwise their reputation will be going down day by day.

Complete oplichting! twee maanden geleden een product gekocht, en vervolgens moeten mailen om een verwachte leverdatum die meer dan twee weken later zou zijn. Niks ontvangen, weer gemaild en de leverdatum nog twee keer uitgesteld. Weer een tijd gewacht en gemaild dat ik mijn bestelling wil annuleren en mijn geld terug, maar na twee weken nog steeds niks op mijn bankrekening te zien.

Commande le 19 janvier 23, réception le 18 mars 23. Colis finalement livré après de nombreux échanges avec une personne très sympathique et dévouée (Isabel). Il semble qu'il y ait eu une erreur d'adresse de destination au début de cette aventure. Produit neuf et très bien emballé. Cette aventure se termine bien et je suis globalement satisfait. Bonne note pour Isabel ;)

I ordered sth via the german site mediamarkt.de and as the billing address was wrong I informed them about this. The price for an SSD was quite low, but also the market prices fell ..
I guessed I at least get some answer, but so far nothing. For me its also ok, if maybe the price was too low, or they made any mistake. But not reacting not answering is a NOGO.

So I raised to 2 stars ...
I guess I should downvote the mediamarkt.de "Portal" Site as the user experience there is quite bad

Commande chez eux jamais reçu depuis 2 semaines.Tout les avis sur internet sont catastrophiques.
Commander chez eux le 03/02 ils ne font(n°36629483) que repousser les delais certains n ont jamais ete livrés !!!

Bought a CPU on January 5th. Wasn't delivered to this day. No Customer Support whatsoever. Everytime I was the one who had to contact them and they always replied with the same generic copy pasta text, just the delayed date was different. I'm waiting for a refund now, let's see how long that will take. DON'T BUY THERE, IT'S A SCAM!

I ordered and paid a mobile phone on January 4th, they didn't deliver it despite the shipping period promised in their site. Since more than a month now noone has informed me at all about all the delays, I had to write them on my own in order to get an answer and be informed about all the delays! They treated me like a garbage. I'm asking for a refund since 2 weeks now and they are trying to avoid refunding me with unbelievable excuses the exact same way they didn't deliver the order. I've been contacting the whole time the customer service email address (since they are not reachable via phone!) and after a week I asked for refund they told me that their refund "system" was off (?) and asked me for my bank details. I gave them my bank details and still neither a trace of refund nor I'm getting a reply about the status of the refund!!!!
I truly haven't experienced such a humiliating treatment from an eshop and its customer services!!!
