Scam, had to contact the bank and get it reported a month later to get my money back. Sent over multiple emails to different email addresses in relation to the company and had absolutely no response.

There is a reason why this store maintains a 5-star customer service rating. Sal was prompt with answering my online enquiry, extremely clear and transparent on the expectation of delivery which was delivered accordingly, the next day. Well priced products and superior customer service. Completely eliminates any need to look elsewhere. Highly recommend.

Ballin with the best!

Such exceptional service from the Ballerstore. Great advice on products and next day delivery.

I’ve been a customer since day one and on this order they even gave me an unexpected loyalty bonus!

Don’t shop anywhere else for Baller needs.

Hi Anthony, we are very sorry your order arrived a day late. Zamst had confirmed they would ship express post and unfortunately they didnt. Unfortunately back-ordered/not in stock items from Zamst can take a little longer as it states on our checkout. My team did offer a discount on your next order for the trouble and the offer still stands. Cheers!

EXCELLENT SERVICE BUT BAD PRODUCT


Returned my first order as I was unhappy with the quality of the product (basketball with very poor panel joints, glue not holding and rough cuts around edges of panels -$100 ball i might add), received another and same bad quality. Product wore down very fast even though it had been used only with proper care. Excellent fast service and help with return from The Baller Store. Will just never buy a ball online again.

We are sorry to hear about your experience with this particular Spalding basketball. We sell dozens of these a month and can guarantee this is not a normal occurrence with their products. Their balls are the highest quality.

Please note Spalding offer an excellent returns policy and issue an RMA number for any faults. Please get in touch with us and we can assist with having this issue rectified.
