We used Dee to do a big boiler job for us, which included a new boiler and re routing the FLU. I can not recommend Dee enough, he spent an hour only for the quote and then spent 2 days with us sorting out this issue. Dee had 3 plumbers, he and his guys treated the house like it was there own and did the work to the best standard we could as for. If you want an engineer who cares and gets the job done Dee is your man.

They are useless. Came fast when wanted the job. The engineer was baffled and found excuses then said he ordered the parts. I was communicating with the telephonist I had to remind about coming over. She lied that the system was not working and will call me back. Instead OVO called to say they do not want to do the job. The telephonist was extremely rude and hung up on me. Trust me they are useless and incapable and will go after selective work. The engineer did not sound confident and was critical of others by saying to him in Indian language that the other engineer was MAD THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE HAD NO COURTESY AND WAS RUDE TO LIMITS. PLEASE BELIEVE ME I AM TELLING THE TRUTH. EVEN OVO ARE GOING TO INFORM THEIR NETWORK ABOUT THEM.

I highly recommend the DC Group. They were recommended by ATAG. When we were left with a broken boiler, messed up pipe work, shower not connected etc after our refurbishment it was The DC Group who helped rectify the mess. Four years on we are still using them. Great company, honest and exceptional at their profession.

Since finding The DC Group, boiler services are no longer a headache.

I cannot recommend The DC Group UK highly enough. I dealt with Divyesh Chotai, who provided truly exceptional care throughout the entire process. He didn’t just treat me like another job; he took his time to actually solve the problem and offered extra support and advice that I wouldn't have found elsewhere.

Very poor experience with this company. They were tasked to do my annual CP12 certificate where they wrongly tagged the CO alarm as fail and marked the expiry date of the alarm as the date of their visit (26/11/2025). As soon as I saw that I double checked and 1. the alarm is working perfectly fine and 2. Expiry date on it is 01/2035. I contacted them and asked to either evidence what they put on the certificate or correct it. I sent a chaser a week later- they ignore both emails. You've been warned - once something goes wrong you are on your own, this company will take no accountability or responsibility for their work.

My Atag boiler has just been serviced by DC Group for the second time. Since the boiler was first serviced by them a year ago I've had zero problems with my central heating, such a relief when compared with the troubles I suffered after the boiler was first installed by a different company several years ago. I cannot praise DC too highly for their expertise and efficiency.

I had a boiler relocation and upgrade job carried out by DC. They were great - they sent out their top engineer to look at the job beforehand so we got all the details right from the start. The job was supposed to take 2 days - there were some complications but the team stayed on late to get it done within the timeframe that they said. All work has been done to a high standard and I'm really happy with the results.

Had the latest atag boiler fitted by DC Group,
never had any problem,and they call you once a year when the servicing is due.

Have been using the DC group to service our boiler for a number of years now so its always a pleasure when Dee comes to carry out our service, he always let's us know in advance when he's coming and always leaves everything clean and tidy when he's finished.

I was very pleased with the service provided. I needed to replace an old boiler and Dee offered a practical solution causing the least disruption to the existing system configuration. The installation was handled professionally and in a friendly manner, with appointments kept and any mess minimised. The satisfactory performance of the new boiler was fully tested before departure.

My boiler was on the way out and so I needed a new one. After checking recommendations, companies on trustpilot and getting quotes, I chose The DC Group.
I would have zero hesitation in recommending this company to anyone with gas / plumbing and boiler issues. From the first visit to provide a quote every detail and process was explained. They were true to their word in it all.
It was a pleasure to watch professionals fit my new ATAG boiler. They also flushed my existing central heating system. All of this was done leaving virtually no mess and they cleaned as they went along.
I used The DC Group for a large and expensive price of work but would have no hesitation in using them for small bits of work as well.
The whole experience, including communication, paperwork etc was without problem and frankly very easy.

They just replaced my boiler & this time was no different. As always, from start to finish, everyone I had contact with was lovely. Firstly, they sent me a quote for the work promptly, which was competitively priced, & they scheduled me in for the work within a reasonable timeframe. Tina, who mans the office, is amazing - she is so personable & so kind & helpful & genuinely cares about their clients. Divyesh and his team (James & Eric) came to do the work & they were great. They were punctual, protected all the surfaces, & made every effort to minimise disruption. They took time to explain things to me & didn’t mind me hassling them with questions, which they answered, & they were polite & considerate. When the work was completed, they tidied up after themselves & Divyesh showed me how to work everything. I received a follow-up call from Tina a couple of days after the work to check all was working OK & there were no problems. I highly recommend The DC Group for their work & customer service.
