Highly recommend - the best communication and updates throughout. Also stuck to any agreed appointments and very honest from the first point.
When our heating went down - came over on Christmas eve!! And very late into the evening on a separate occasion.
The boiler replacement day came with a team of 5 and very professional throughout and finish looks great.
Will continue to use going forward and at out properties.

After a few Pumblers cancelled our appointments back and forth and not showing up during the coldest day when our boiler broke down, Div, called us back as arranged by the secretary Tina the same day we contacted them. The 2 main gas engineers were experienced and professional and even our builder was amazed by their work, especially the welding. They have the whole work of installation completed on the same day in 14 hours. The water tank and the cylinder were removed with all the pipes sealed and beautifully fixed with clear storage left. Carpet protection was prepared well as agreed. We were grateful for the reliable service as they showed up for the work during the peak season. The whole team was nice people. The new boiler and the heating system are running well and the certificates and warranty have been received. Highly recommend the service. We were really grateful for their work.

Excellent customer service & the install team very polite and tidy.
Called round after work on a Friday night to quote me for a new Boiler, identified a small gas leak as well and waited for Cadent to arrive & discuss.
Fully discussed my options with different Boilers, great communication on the day of install keeping us informed of arrival time, dust sheets & floor protection carried out and all works completed in the one day working for 12 hours to complete the works. A new motorised valve & modification to the pipework on our Gas Hob was also completed all in the same shift.
Very satisfied with the works and the new Boiler & Smart Controls all demonstrated to our satisfaction.

Very poor experience. I am experienced landlord with multiple properties and was allocated this guy after trying out YourRepair’s cover. Engineer prior to arrival starts complaining about lack of free parking (central London postcode) and said he couldnt find a parking bay and had no time and was about to go. Eventually convinced him to do the job with me sitting in his van! Proceeded to find some ridiculous alleged technicality on my boiler flue saying screws were missing (the flue was entirely flush and secure and had passed no less than 8 previous gas safety checks before YourRepair nominated him). Having now read the Vaillant installation guide no additional screws are required at all! He even agreed the flue was not unsafe but was, however, very quick to say he could come back and ‘repair’ it for an extra charge which I said no to. So you can see the business model of this guy! Avoid avoid avoid.

After 18 months of struggling with a broken heating system that was incorrectly installed by a previous plumber, we were so relieved and blessed to find DC Group. D and Kevin worked tirelessly to identify the issues, replace the parts, and test until it was up and running. The result? A heating system that now works as it should - faultlessly! We can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Plus, they’re on time, tidy, trustworthy, helpful - and just really, really nice. A five star example of how business should be done. Thank you DC Group!

I had 4 quotes for the proposed work, and although this company was not the cheapest, they appeared to be the most enthusiastic about carrying out the work. The work took 2 days to completed in a very focussed fashion. The operatives were helpful and polite and they answered my silly questions with patience and forebearance. I would recommend them highly.

Needed Gas Safety check & certificate. Divyesh called to say "on way" and arrived on time. Explained the checks he needed to carry out and kept me informed through the process. The certificate was promptly emailed.

Excellent service and stays until the job is done. This is the 2nd year running I’ve had the guys to service the boiler amongst other plumbing jobs.
