Before reaching out to DC Group I took to social media looking for recommendations, which I got a few. Spoke to a number of them, before deciding who to go with to install our new boiler. I'm so glad we went DC Group, from start to finish the level of service was exceptional. We were kept in to know what would happen prior to the installation date, which had to be brought forward due to the old boiler leaking which was accommodated immediately........so MANY thanks Dee/Warren and the team at DC Group.

I'd have no qualms in recommending these guys, their workmanship was excellent and has been their after care too.

This was a Rolls Royce service. Firstly the Engineer kept me informed when he was 30 minutes away and was on time. The complicated problem with my boiler was professionally and methodically addressed. When I asked questions I was given detailed replies.
Nothing was rushed. The problem was dealt with but the engineer did not rush away, making sure that everything was maintaining. Polite, and a clean worker I could not ask for more.

Great service from theses guys ,was on time explained everything to me got my boiler up and running to how it should of been , radiators are now hotter than before , will definitely be calling them back next year for yearly service , great service I’m a very happy customer !

Appointment was easy to book with a quick appointment. A wet Friday rush hour in West London caused delays, but was happy to get the work over and done with.
Very thorough inspection and boiler service, from friendly engineer who was happy to explain things. Recommended and will definitely book again next year.
Payment system could be a bit slicker. I didn't want to set up a bank transfer for a one off payment, after a call I was able to pay online with credit card

Appointment was easy to book with a very good timeline. 4 hour slot with the engineer calling me 15 minutes he arrived.

Was recommended D from a friend, and I have to say I’m very satisfied. D diagnosed the problem with my boiler, he explained it to me (in layman’s terms) and then fixed it there same day. He even came back a few days later to replace my motherboard, no charge!. I’m so happy my friend Billy recommended him. It’s often hard to find an honest tradesperson, so if you want someone that won’t rip you off call DC Group to fix your boiler. Can’t recommend enough.

No cowboys in this outfit.. Pure delight to have met Dee and his team. Professional from start to finish, clean and tidy. Everything working perfectly. Even managed to please a very difficult buildings manager - putting a smile on HIS face was a complete triumph. Most important - value for money. NO hesitation in recommending the DC Group Uk. Really speedy and efficient work. Impressed with how tidy the work was, their expertise, the hot water is now flowing well, we've got 2 new boilers perfectly installed and all this within a couple of days for what is a large house. Divyesh came on the same day as I had called. He detected the problem right away. However, he tried to charge a bit too much above market (e.g. for a GBP 37 GBP part we would set you off GBP). This service fees are also more on the top-end, e.g. gas safety and service is more than GBP 220 and that's double the market price.

Excellent service from this company, from the lady in the office, to the plumber, D, that attended my address a few times now. Lifesaver, definitely knows his trade, can be trusted. Long overdue review, thanks very much guys!

Dee from DC came out for us at 9pm because we have three young children. What a legend. He knew his way round our specialist ATAG boiler like the back of his hand and he had us up and running in a matter of minutes! Thank you so much Dee.

The DC Group UK was commissioned to replace a 30+ year old boiler and upgrade pipework in a 1930s semi. The group was chosen on price, previous reviews and availability.
We wanted an ATAG boiler because the manufacturer offers a 14-year warranty and their units are said to have fewer internal parts so there's potentially less to go wrong. ATAG's UK operation suggests engineers in your area with whom they already have a working relationship.
Dee, from the DC Group, came round to assess the scope of the job and offer a quotation.
Dee and his team kept us informed every step of the way, in terms of what was going to happen and how. During the two day operation, Dee sent over comprehensive videos (we were not at the house at the time), keeping us up-to-date on progress.
This was as much an exercise in communication as it was in technical competence. When potential problems arose, Dee brought practical solutions.
At the end of Day 2, the team had installed a new boiler, relocating it along the way, installed a new gas pipe from the mains to the boiler and on to the meter.
From the competent back office, we got a 14-year warranty on parts and labour and a Building Regulations certificate within hours of the job finishing. We're still waiting for a new gas certificate but we are sure it won't take long.
A good job at a fair price by professionals.
