Ordered and promptly paid 08/01/2023.
16 days later - numerous calls to a answer phone - and several emails requesting progress update on order no.KA439701827 nothing. It appears they are really busy - so are a lot of people by reading the feedback.
Can I please have a status please,

tried calling several times ,all options telling me to go to website , were i bought a part , paid 3=318 for express delivery , told customer who has been without heating/hot water since xmas eve, only to recieve a emaill saying 5/7 days from man u , if my calls had been answered would not have been made to look a idiot

Ordered part in good faith and ordered elsewhere other parts needed for the repair, only for theheatexchange to later tell me their stock was incorrect and they couldn't supply item. Very annoying and expensive experience due to the purchase of additional parts.

The key I ordered never turned up and no reply to queries. Disappointing

They show they have in stock but they don't they don't call me to ask if you still want the order just sent a email was expecting the order I checked my email then I realized that they don't have it but wasted another 2 days for my heating to work

No one answered the phone at all.

I ordered a Baxi flue gasket as advertised on their website. They accepted my order and charged my credit card. I waited and waited, then emailed them to ask where my order was? It will be dispatched on Friday was the answer (I think). Eventually, they admitted, no, we won't be dispatching your order, the part is obsolete, we'll refund you instead (which they did). The worst part? Months later, they are still advertising the same part on their website even though they know that they cannot fulfil the order.

I ordered a item that was showing availability in stock ready for dispatch. Paid for next day delivery but didn't arrive, tried phoning but was on hold for a long time. i sent a whatsapp message to be told no stock.

Ordered two parts for our boiler - paid extra to get next day delivery. Only after I'd paid for it did I get an email saying one of them was out of stock. There's no number to actually speak to anyone... I emailed and to be fair they replied quickly - however in "chatty" style, not clear written form.... It went back and forth a few times but I'm hoping they understand that I want my money back! As another review here has said - you wouldn't pay for something in an actual shop for them to then say "oh sorry it's not in stock". They clearly need a better stock system! I've checked my bank account and we haven't had a refund yet.

Easy to order. Part received quickly. Would recommend.

I contacted them after the plastic clip holding the bottom panel on my boiler broke off. Design fault as not old or touched much except yearly maintenance. Anyway when I searched for Worcester Bosch boiler parts I found them, I contacted them described the panel with the model no. They replied promptly with correct part and I ordered it, was here next day, in eco packaging too. Well done Theheatxch company.
