Amy is absolute star !!! Got us what we wanted !!!
Amy has been helping us view the pet friendly houses since last 3-4 months. She has been very patience in making sure to understand our needs and keep showing us houses one after the other.
Sincerely would like to thank the team of the letting games.

Incredibly helpful and lovely
I had nothing short of a fantastic experience with the letting game this past week. I went for a viewing on Wednesday with Zoe, who was so incredibly lovely, helpful and she answered all of my many, MANY questions! She was very informative about the area and all aspects of the property which was incredibly useful and she allowed me to take my time with the viewing when I needed to which was amazing. It was very clear that she had a great knowledge of the landlords of the property and even explained how lovely they were which was incredibly reassuring. Zoe went above and beyond, chatting to me about her personal experiences which really helped as this whole process can feel extremely stressful! It was really lovely to chat to her and really made the experience that much better, thank you Zoe for your reassurance and kindness!

Great viewing; friendly estate agents
Zoe was lovely; very accommodating by arranging it on a Saturday morning and was able to answer all my questions. She was friendly, knowledgeable and punctual as well as the letting game in general getting back to me super quickly after requesting a viewing. No complaints!

Bristols worst Letting agent
Regrettably, I must add to the growing number of negative reviews for this company. In hindsight, I deeply regret not consulting Trustpilot before engaging with them. We were thrilled to have found a property we liked and were selected by the landlord to move in. Unfortunately, The Letting Game's prolonged processing of our application has left us in a difficult position. Due to the delay, we no longer have enough time to provide notice at our current residence, forcing us to withdraw from the process altogether. When we inquired about the status, we were informed that our application was not prioritized due to their handling of numerous other properties. With less than a month remaining before the scheduled move-in date, we have yet to receive any confirmation or communication from their team. We are thoroughly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and communication and will be notifying the landlord directly of these issues. It is truly disheartening to experience such poor service from a business in this industry. They also refuse to return our deposit. Very bad business. Not ethical, far from what you'd want as your point of contact as letting agents.

You secured the property just before the weekend, and this was picked up the next working day to begin processing your application. The agreed move-in date was set and agreed before you had secured the property. However, two days later, you requested to bring this forward by several weeks, hoping to move in within just three days of your request.
This was not an agreed timeline, and referencing must be carried out thoroughly. Before the process could be completed, you chose to withdraw your application—this was four days after securing the property.
To clarify, The Letting Game did not withdraw your application—you made this decision based on your own timeline preferences. We always aim to provide a smooth and transparent lettings process, and if you’d like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact our team directly.

Landlords BEWARE
Absolutely diabolical. As a landlord that has used The Letting Game for the past three years, ignoring tenants saying they were no good, I have now found out the hard way how atrocious they really are.
I am now with Bristol Residential Letting Agency as I was forced by The Letting Game to change agents as there one and only relet person Tracey was never available to take my call or call me back.
I was told she was in training all day, off sick (after being told that she would contact me by a member of staff) in meetings all day. Never did call me back after waiting and waiting. My house could have been let alot sooner.
If this is how they treat Landlords I dread to think how they treat tenants 🤔

We prioritise the re-advertising of properties to minimise void periods for landlords. In this case, Tracy reached out to discuss your property and was informed that redecoration works were scheduled. She was awaiting confirmation once the works were completed to arrange a visit for updated photographs, which are essential for effective marketing.
That said, we acknowledge that the level of communication during this process could have been much better and is not to our usual standards. We’re taking your feedback seriously and will review our processes to ensure landlords receive timely updates in the future. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING COMPANY
Its a shame I have to give this company 1 star as they are not deserving of even that !!! I actually feel like I have had a narrow escape from being scammed out of money and reminiscent of the old pushy window sales reps that cold called demanding you paid up front for something you were not even sure you wanted yet !!! But the biggest worry are the blatant lies they told between potential Landlord and Tenant absolutely shocking !!! Renting a property is expensive and a huge commitment for Landlord and Tenant and I would advise all Landlords or potential Tenants to AVOID this company knowing what I know about them !!!!! LIARS to extort money that they have no intention of refunding is equal to SCAMMING in my book

LETTING GAME ARE DISGUSTING
AVOID AVOID AVOID - The Letting Game is a disgusting company that preys on students, plain and simple. They tried to steal £3,000 of our £3,700 deposit, including an outrageous £1,500 for a roof that’s been leaking for over a decade, confirmed by a neighbors statement! They knew about the issue before we moved in, ignored our repeated complaints, and then had the audacity to pin it on us. We were forced to battle through mydeposits.co.uk to get £2000 of our money back—a grueling, time-wasting process they clearly count on tenants avoiding. Just look at the countless other reviews from students who’ve been scammed by these crooks. They are dishonest, manipulative, and utterly shameless. Stay far away! AVOID AVOID AVOID
