TML were able to offer a case for a BTL purchased within 6 months and we achieved a good market value on the property. Only issue if any is underwriting can be slow but where an offer is obtained it proves to be worth waiting for.

The left hand doesnât know what the right hand is doing
It felt as though one department wasnât communicating with another. We were given conflicting information from different people, and issues that could have been resolved within weeks were instead picked up months later. We had no choice but to proceed with the mortgage as the deal was about to expire, despite the ongoing problems. Even after two formal escalations and calling every day for two weeks, we were repeatedly told it was âbeing looked atâ that day, yet nothing progressed. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service and will likely avoid recommending TML to my clients in the future.

Too fussy
Although their criteria is great, when it comes down to it I fail to understand why they ask for so much detail about the clients income and employment when you are applying for a unregulated buy to let mortgage. The likes of TMW or BM trust the information is correct on the application.
