While there can sometimes be delays in responses from the landlord, Charlotte consistently keeps me informed and handles everything efficiently. I truly appreciate her dedication and proactive approach — she makes renting stress-free and straightforward. Highly recommended!

Everything went very well leading up to the rental or our property, and has continued to go well with the Personal Agent. The only reason for 4 stars is that communication in regard to minor maintenance issues could have been clearer at the start, but this could have been misunderstanding on our part. Generally communication is very good and responsive, and we are very happy with the service they are providing.

After periodic property inspection, Charlotte Evans addressed all of my concerns promptly and ensured I am well-informed at every step. She and her team (based in Epsom) were very helpful throughout the entire process.
