Missing Part Replaced Without Quibble
A part was missing from my lawn mower (the battery charging cable) which I didn't realise until the battery ran down and I needed to recharge it. Obviously, it's disappointing that the part was missing in the first place (hence, only 4 stars) but Jade and Rukshal handled the matter really well and sent a replacement without quibble. Mistakes happen, it's how you handle them that matters and Jade and Rukshal were excellent.

Excellent performance from the team and genpower. Especially Jade Shannia Canee who had my replacement sent out fast as possible. One was sent out in addition to the warranty. Would recommend to every one and use again and again.

Hyundai Lawn Mower 3 year warranty 🤣🤣
The advisor I spoke with Sean Harrison was very helpful. I can’t fault Sean and he was very helpful and understanding regarding my concerns and having no experience. Thank you Sean.
BUT the 3 year warranty and the way it works is not so great.
I had a running issue with a 4 month old lawn mower (kept cutting out after a minute) I was expecting to send the lawn mower back to be fixed instead I was sent a YouTube link on how to remove and clean and reinstall the carburettor!
I am not mechanically minded but most importantly I didn’t spend £500 on a brand new lawn mower to then 4 months later be working on it myself!!!
The carburettor clean did not fix the issue so I am now waiting for a new carburettor to be sent and which I will have to fit and hopefully this cures the problem!
At this rate I could be a Hyundai Lawn mower repair man very soon if the warranty only covers parts and nothing else.

Hyundai mower warranty claim
I have been using a Hyundai HYM 430SPER mower for nearly 2 years and I have been pleased with the quality of the mowing results and the reliability of the mower.
However, about two weeks ago we encountered a problem with the clutch cable so I sought assistance under warranty through GENPOWER Ltd. My first point of contact was with Soureshna who subsequently handled my warranty claim through to completion. Soureshna was always a pleasure to communicate with. Her responses were prompt, helpful and professional.
I have no hesitation in recommending Hyundai and Genpower for the service that they provide.

Great customer service from Jade
Jade was extremely helpful in finding out the information related to my missing parcel. She kept me fully informed about what was happening. She arranged for a replacement to be sent as we could not locate it. The whole process took a little while, which is completely understandable. I was very pleased with the service and the outcome that we received.

FANTASTIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered a new recoil starter for my Hyundai pressure washer as right in the middle of cleaning a customers drive ,after a refuel I tried to start the machine and the recoil starter fell apart.
As soon as I got home I ordered a new one from THE POWERSITE.
Well, blow me down, the part arrived the next day and I was able to complete the job barely 24 hours after the breakdown.

Took my money but can’t deliver or give me my money back
They accepted my order, took my money and sent me a tracking number. When the Lawnmower was overdue I found out the tracking number was not valid so I followed up with The Power Site and they told me they couldn’t deliver to Northern Ireland so they would return my money. Two weeks later I am still waiting to get my money back.

Difficulty with purchase of lawnmower
I live in Northern Ireland and Hyundai UK could not supply me as they had an exclusive arrangement with their Irish counterparts that they would supply sales in both Ireland and Northern Ireland
However The Dublin company did not carry the mower I wanted I eventually got it from Tesco. Disappointing that Hyundai distributors were unable (or unwilling) to fulfil my order

Only negative is it took a few days to be delivered when it was advertised as next day delivery. I believe this was the fault of the delivery company.

Bad customer service
The quad sprayer was ordered on next day delivery. It didn't arrive the next day. I was told 5 to 7 working day delivery. I asked to cancel the order as I needed one urgently. Next day delivery was the reason I ordered it from them. I couldn't cancel and was told to send back once received. It then took 7 days for refund after received back in there warehouse
