Déception
Je suis très déçu, j'ai commandé une alliance que j'ai renvoyé 2 fois. L'alliance a terni et des tâches d'oxydation sont apparues. Les délais de retour sont très long même quand on signale qu'il s'agit d'un mariage. Le fait d'avoir été "prioritaire" n'a rien changé !

En revanche livré plus tard que prévu et dans un emballage qui laisse à désirer.
Je m’attendais à mieux comme présentation en sachant que celui ci était un cadeau d’anniversaire.
Jamais je ne lui donnerai de la sorte, ça serait un manque de respect.
Pourtant au prix de la gamme, je pense que l’on paie un ensemble, une expérience de la marque et non uniquement un bijou.

Great charms!
I ordered a charm from the charm club. Ordering was easy. It was a shame that quite a lot of the charms were out of stock. My charm arrived, great! A lovely charm which will look good with my collection but I'm quite surprised how small it is. I've ordered charms before from T.S for a few years now and never seen them so small.

As all of our charms are designed to emulate specific motifs and designs, they all have their own dimensions and characteristics therefore the size of each charm will vary across our collections. We provide exact measurements directly on the product page for each item, so if in any doubt in the future, please feel free to check the product dimensions if you wish to keep your collection of charms a similar size.
Our recent charm promotion was more popular than anticipated, therefore many designs are sadly temporarily out of stock. A full restock of unavailable items will be completed in the coming weeks and ready in time for Christmas.

I have purchased Thomas Sabo wares before and was impressed by the quality of the bracelets. Unfortunately, one broke when I was on the train and the beads rolled away amongst people feet. It hurt. I had to get another another one, because I know what I’m getting.

Entrega vergonzosa
La entrega ha sido un completo despropósito. La agencia de transportes decia que no podia realizar la entrega por estar ausente, lo cual no es cierto porque estaba teletrabajando. Imposible contactar con las agencias DHL i CTT para coordinar nuevas entregas, En concreto la atencion al cliente para los envios de DHL una vergüenza, en cuanto no les corresponde un código te redirigen a un bot que no resuelve nada. Finalmente lo entregan en un pick-point a través de CTT para recoger, si se empezara con esta opción seria mejor.

Ich habe zwei Paar vergoldete Creolen…
Ich habe zwei Paar vergoldete Creolen von dort. Leider sind die ersten Creolen nach rund 2,5 Jahren korrodiert und haben rostig ausgesehen - ich ließ sie bei Thomas Sabo putzen, es ging aber leider nicht weg, es wurde nur der Goldbelag runtergeputzt und jetzt sind die Ohrringe silber mit den Korrosionsflecken. Ich habe zum Geburtstag heuer (Mitte Juli) deshalb neue goldene Creolen geschenkt bekommen, und diese sind einfach jetzt schon - 6 Wochen später - völlig korrodiert und sehen rostig aus!!! Werde nie wieder dort kaufen, weil die Qualität für den Preis eine Wahnsinnsfrechheit ist. Kaufst teure Ohrringe und 6 Wochen später kannst sie wegschmeißen :(
