Wunderschöner Schmuck, detailliert gearbeitet, turboschnelle Lieferung und alles liebevoll verpackt, inklusive kostenfreier Geschenktüte.
Allerdings entbehren die Preise teilweise schon jeder Grundlage. Natürlich kann für ein Schmuckstück nicht nur der Materialwert berechnet werden, es gehören auch Design, Entwicklung, Qualität, Logistik und so weiter dazu. Aber auch wenn man das berücksichtigt, zahlt man hier teilweise schon wirklich sehr viel für den Markennamen.

Jag fick varan snabbt och den var lika fin som på bilden (fotlänk).
Men tycker inte att man ska behöva köpa en presentförpackning som kostar 10:- när varan jag köpte kosta drygt 1100:- Inte för att det är dyrt med 10:- men lite snålt ändå tycker jag.

Very disappointed with what I received
Very disappointed with what I received. The bracelet looks much smaller and cheaper in person than in the photos. The beads are tiny, and the sterling silver engravable bar is small, lightweight and does not feel like the quality I expected. It simply doesn’t look substantial enough for a man’s bracelet or something I would feel comfortable giving as a gift. Unfortunately, I will be returning it.

Lovely charms but disappointing in-store service
The charms are always lovely but I do find the in-store experience rather disappointing. I've been to both the Birmingham and Sheffield Meadowhall stores and whenever I've purchased charms, they always give me the charms straight from the display cabinet rather than looking to see if they have any in stock that haven't been handled by other people. Yesterday I spent close to £100 on two charms in the Sheffield store which is a lot of money for me, and I also have to travel to shop in-store since they closed the Nottingham branch. I would have come away happier if I'd been given charms that hadn't been on display. I understand if they are the last ones, but the shop assistants don't look to check if that's the case. Not sure if it's Thomas Sabo policy to sell straight from the display or if it's just that the shop assistants are being lazy.
Also, I bought the rose charm yesterday and there's a very sharp point on the back which I only noticed when I got home, so not sure how comfortable that's going to be to wear.

Our stores may have limited stock available at any given time, particularly due to the high-number of charm designs available. This sadly means that some charms may be more limited in numbers at any one given time and only one unit remains available for purchase.
Our team will always inspect and check all items before sale to ensure these are in perfect condition, however please always feel free to ask our colleagues if there are any surplus stocks . Additionally, we also offer a Home Delivery service therefore if you aren't happy with having an item which has been displayed, our team can usually assist with a direct order from our headquarters, delivered to your home address.
Our team are always there to help and answer any questions/concerns you may have, so please always feel free to ask our team members for future purchases.

1iere fois on y retourne a cause que ma boucle ne barre plus elle a completement arracher la madame nous le change meme si ca fait pas son bonheur apres on rchange la paire car je me suis dit on va regler le probleme comme ca et plus haute gamme en plus !!ben non mes boucle doreille ROUILLE mon probleme est pas plus regler la la vendeuse va encore me mettre ca sur le dos a 500$ la mediocre de boucle doreille va dans une vrai bijouterie connu pour vrai ses pas bon leur bijout qui sort d'un petit sac de plastic qui a dlair de temu !!! Non mes serieusement
