Good service from Alex sorted my new tablet

Fantastic Service Alex in Aberdeen

When will the tower in ab11 be fixed? It’s has been down for maintenance for 10 weeks now. Daily average download speeds of 3mbps just isn’t enough to use the internet. I shouldn’t have to pay for internet that’s never actually in service.

Quick service, very helpful, patient and pleasant. Explained what they were trying to do to unlock my phone. Explained why they couldn't and explained my options. Answered my questions and in general, very helpful.
The assistant who looked after me so well was Hayley.

Was in Aberdeen shop earlier in the week speaking to Martin about a new phone. Have come back in on Saturday to see him. Was very helpful transferring everything over. Took time to explain how new phone works compared with my old one. Even cheaper when I trade in Very happy with service

Three has treated me - a longstanding customer - like a piece of trash for the past 2 years. As a vulnerable person - disclosed to Three, I was coerced into taking out a second phone contract. I tried to get out of it and they would not let me. I had a Broadband Contract with Three and the service provided was appalling. At one point, I had no service for over a month, but Three insisted all was well. Eventually, they agreed to cancel that contract.

Three was supposed to send me a bag to return their hub, but the bag did not arrive. In the meantime, they continued to charge me for the Broadband and attached it to the phone contract. I was sent a bill to pay for a Broadband I no longer had and a phone that I did not use except once the Broadband stopped working. I paid the phone part but out of principle did not pay for the Broadband.

I complained and nothing was done. I was eventually contacted and told to look at the complaint again. At that point, I was becoming more and more distressed. Eventually, I spoke to someone who arranged for the bag to be sent to me and this time, I received it and returned the hub. They took away the £100 that they had charged me for their hub. However, they still asked for the £25 approx for the Broadband payment. They also damaged my credit file by sending information about me to the credit reference agencies.

Three has now terminated the phone contract and are sending me a bill in the sum of £120.25. Earlier this week, I had gone online to complain and was advised that this would be dealt with expeditiously as there was obviously a mistake. However, I was then cut off and could not download the conversation. Nevertheless, I managed to screenshot as much as I could, because I know that I cannot trust this organisation.

I will not pay this money and since Three is such a disingenuous organisation, I will be complaining to the Ombudsman. I hope others treated appallingly by such organisations will speak out, particular thise who are vulnerable.

Three in aberdeen was a great experience. Temilayo assisted us on upgrading and getting the best option. He was very patient in transferring my files to my new phone. Stayed in 3 for 6 years and still no complaints.
