It has been terrible experience at 3
It has been terrible experience at 3, Barking. Some of the colleagues need to be calm down while attending the customers. Being overcharged under subscriptions and blah blah. The fun thing is they dont even know it themselves.

I met Shaz at the Barking store this morning 19/11/2025. She was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be visiting the store in the nearest future.

Misleading Information and Poor Customer Support from Sabeya
Sabeya provided me with incorrect information. I asked her to help me get an unlimited data plan for my current number, but she told me it wasn’t possible and instead offered me a new number. I also requested to change my previous number to a prepaid plan. She called customer service and advised me not to say anything if they asked why I was changing the number.
Later, when I tried to contact customer service myself to inquire about the offer, Sabeya attempted to stop me from speaking with them. However, when I spoke with the customer service team over the phone, I discovered that I could actually get the unlimited plan for my existing number at a reasonable price. When I told Sabeya about this, she insisted that I shouldn’t tell them anything and claimed that customer service would not give me the offer. She tried to convince me to cancel my current number instead.
I decided to proceed with the unlimited plan on my existing number and asked Sabeya to help me cancel the new number she had just offered me a few minutes earlier. At that point, she refused to assist me and walked away.
It appears that Sabeya was providing misleading information to customers in order to make sales. Even after completing the process, she asked me to leave a positive review, which I found inappropriate.

Good advice
It was a pleasant experience. I wanted a phone first but my credit was very poor. The advisor walked me through how to improve my score and saved me money. I was paying €25 with lyca pay as you go and it wasnt helping my credit score at all. Now i can increade my score with three
