Incredible service
Drew was extremely helpful and friendly. Customer service in store was impeccable, very informative and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend anyone coming into the Bournemouth castle point store.

Very happy with the good customer service I got with Abu he was so helpful with telling me about broadband and phone with 3 also later on I saw Ross and told me about my phone connection I would highly recommend castlepoint 3 for helping me as I'm not tecn person

Drew at the Three Shop Castlepoint
Drew was amazing he has been trying very hard to help me over my fraud case. Sadly the Three organisation has let us both down. I have been promised a resolution by Three over and over but thus far it's failed every time. I now have to wait another 10 days for a bill adjustment which has been promised before and not materialised.
Again Drew has tried his best but with appalling back up from The Three Team, this the nightmare continues into its 7th week.
Obviously various departments within the Three organisation do not communicate with each other.
