Came in here 1 and a half years ago
Came in here 1 and a half years ago, Naomi sorted me out exactly what I wanted. Fast forward a year and a half, Naomi was here and answered all my questions within 5 minutes. Very polite and helpful on both visits.

Excellent service as always at the 3…
Excellent service as always at the 3 Store.
Over the years I have never had any issue at this store, I started using them when I had the I phone 4 took a break from 3 then came back for other things, although this occasion to get my eldest son to get his contract in his own right, Naomi was excellent dealing with him whom I may add has some learning difficulties, along with her colleague Lauren who assisted myself with my own queries.

Great info and service from Lauren who was certainly brand and product aware. Very engaging without pressure selling so much so we updated two contracts. The store had a really positive vibe about it and it was so inviting 6 star rating !!!

My phone had a malfunction that I was…
My phone had a malfunction that I was unable to put right. My wife and I are at our caravan at Skipsea so were not near our local 3 shop in Scunthorpe. We visited the Bridlington shop and although I could not get a solution to my phone glitch the girl who we talked to went through some options for me and my wife to upgrade our phones for not much more money than we were paying, I rely on my phone for Banking and NHS app and e mails, so the upgrade was to our benefit. Top marks to Naomi for her patience and professionalism a credit to Bridlington 3 shop.

Great staff
I was helped in store today by a lovely young lady called Lauren. She was super helpful on what was a pretty stressful day. My phone broke in the morning and I went to store honestly expecting a lot of hassle to get an upgrade but it was quite the opposite. She was attentive and helpful and couldn't have done more for me. She is an absolute credit to the store and the company. Thanks Lauren
