Joanna - You're amazing!
Joanna was absolutely fantastic! She was really professional, informative and lovely to speak too! She made me feel at ease and didn't pressure me into anything. She gave me all my options and let me decide for myself. She put my mind at ease and we had some lovely conversations! She's honestly an amazing employee and I couldn't recommend her enough!
I was also with my 4 year old autistic son and she was so lovely with him and offered me advice also from her own personal experience which was really nice of her! Joanna went above and beyond in her role!

The banter
The banter. The customer service assistant had good banter, was very helpful and she could speak perfect English, which is more than can be saod than when you ring up Three as it's all farmed out to call centres in India.
I ask them how the weather it and they don't have a clue.

First class service from Naomi sorting out my various physical and eSIM problems. Spent a considerable amount of time to make sure all issues were resolved before I left the shop. A real credit to three!

Great service and very helpful staff
I had a very good experience at the Three store in Bridlington. The service was excellent and the staff were very helpful and professional.
Special thanks to Joanna – she was very friendly, patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. She made the whole process easy and stress-free.
I really appreciate the support and would definitely recommend this store to others.
